Good communication via whatsapp regarding last minute change due to original guide getting sick. Tour operator provided partial refund. We pushed forward with just the driver, Umer, who spoke good English and got us to all the major Tokyo sites efficiently with great driving skills. We had a fantastic day and covered more ground than if we explored on our own.

Our experience was great. Our driver, Wafi, made the experience easy and enjoyable. We completely customized the itinerary, and he was happy to move times around and be flexible if we wanted more time/a quick stop to grab food/or change locations. He made great recommendations and shared fun pieces of history as we drove. Messaging with him was easy and he was very reliable with communication. We were happy to drive with him 3 days in a row. I would highly recommend this tour/car service and if you get Wafi as your driver, consider yourself very lucky!! ?

This tour was great and would definitely recommend to others who want to hit a number of the keys sights in one day. We knew from the outset that this was not a guided tour but more of having a private driver for the day.
Abdullah was our driver for the day who greeted us at the hotel and even kept us updated via WhatsApp how far away he was so we weren’t waiting out in the cold.
Abdullah then helped us decide which sites to see and provided advice on buying the Tokyo Tower tickets while in the car so that we didn’t have to line up.
Abdullah would drop us off, take a photo of us at the entry and then let us roam at our own pace.
Also suggested a location for lunch.
We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful day with Wafi on our Full Day Tour of Tokyo. As this was only our second day Wafi took us to some wonderful places to get the feel and insight into Japan . Would recommend this as a starting point or if you only have a short time in Tokyo
