Our private tour with May was fantastic. She really showed us some hidden food treasures interwoven with a peak into Thai life. She flexed to our needs when she heard we’d already tried a couple of dishes and accommodated our teens lower spice tolerances. Highly recommend this tour.

Unique tour through the village, canals and markets of Thonburi with May, our tour guide. Had food we've never tasted before despite coming to Bangkok many times. Learnt some history of the temples. Fed the catfishes. Steady boat ride. What a lovely day!

Preme was the perfect guide even forgiving me when we went to the wrong train station, warning easily done! Started with the best dish of the day, beef noodle soup mmm, ending with a spicy pork soup and everything in between. Preme was perfect company and patiently answered all our questions. If you are in Bangkok then this tour should be a must.

What an amazing time we had with our guide Preme! We tried so many delicious dishes at wonderful little restaurants that we would never have found without her! Stops at local markets were a bonus, and we were so happy to learn that our long tail boat ride included an amazing view of the Golden Buddha at Wat Pak Nam Temple. Preme is friendly, knowledge and such a pleasant person to hang out with. Her English is excellent and we truly enjoyed getting to know her. Thank you Preme! Highly recommend.

What a great tour. Started early driving out of Bangkok and went to sleepy train station in the salt fields where we at grilled banana and had coffee before taking a train into the town for the train market and then the floating market. Very local feeling. Amazing food. Our guide Olive was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed!

A wonderful tour! We were very late but they were so understanding and thankfully we were the only people on the tour so the lovely guide Bow, was waiting for us still 45mins later (always add extra time for getting around Bangkok!). The main office was very good at communicating with us too as we were afraid we’d miss the tour and not find everyone. We got to try street food from the very beginning, starting with dumplings but also beef noodle soup, Thai sweets, Thai iced tea and coffee, mango sticky rice, chicken, another delicious soup type thing... I’ve probably forgotten more things too! We were taken to authentic places, such as an old coffee shop in a local market. We also visited temples along the route too. Riding in the canal boat was a fun experience - we even glimpsed a huge water lizard sunbathing! Bow is a really kind and knowledgable woman who is very familiar with Bangkok and Thai history. She was so accommodating and helpful to us and we really enjoyed spending time with her! She even went out of her way at the end of the trip to take us to the next place we wanted to be.
A personal highlight was the area around Artists’ House - so peaceful and beautiful and we had a lot of fun feeding the fish in the canal too! We also enjoyed the market we went to at the end of the trip - we went back there later on in the week to buy some nice souvenirs.
I really recommend this tour - it’s a very enjoyable experience and you leaving knowing a lot more and much more familiar with the local cuisine and history.

THE best way to get off the tourist track and visit local markets and experience a totally different side to Bangkok!
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English.
The food was fantastic, but the surprise highlight was just how much of the local markets, canals and artistic workshops we got to experience.
Would definitely recommend this tour!

É um passeio fora dos pontos turisticos e que demonstra uma pesquisa local. A empresa que oferece é muito organizada e mostra pra gente uma bangkok autêntica e muito bonita. Valeu pra mim como um grande aprendizado.
I read about this tour at mochileiros.com. It's a more expensive tour than many others, but worth every penny.
It is a tour outside the tourist spots and demonstrates a local research. The company that offers is very organized and shows us an authentic and very beautiful bangkok. It was a great learning to me.

My sister and me was traveled to Thailand we do this trip. Thonburi canal boat trip was very fantastic. It was a food tour. very delicious foods. We booked private boat. our driver also very good and he knows most things about Thailand. Highly recommend this trip.
