Not worth the price and time.
We were picked up at 9 am and were done by 2pm, it is very tricky as it says lunch included if you pick this option but no option to unselected it
So totally not worth the trip of more than 6hrs to go on a boat ride on a river that has no scenic views or interesting stops.
It is overpriced and the guide was not enthusiastic and didn't keep it interesting for our group.

We had a very enjoyable river tour around a unique neighborhood where the rivers are the roads. We learned about this neighborhood and its many islands, and found the area fascinating.

While it ended being a good experience, we had booked an English tour only to find out that it was a Spanish tour. There were 4 of the 14 guests who did not speak or comprehend Spanish. Gabby our Guide was very accommodating to us but it certainly was not fair to either her or the other guests that she was not informed that she had non Spanish speaking guests on board. As a guide she was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. In addition there was a problem with the microphone and audio system There was English audio on the boat ride. I highly recommend this tour . Very informative!

Nice boat but not enough space on a top.
The river was interesting and the story also about the name of the Tigre river, you need to ask it's very surprising.

My friend and I wouldn’t book this trip again. Although the guide seemed a nice lady, she spoke very little English, so for us, we hardly learnt anything. The boat trip was pleasant but not loud enough to hear properly (especially where accents were hard to understand).

We were picked up and returned to Buenos Aires port terminal. The company kept us informed about the arrangements.
The minivan was clean and comfortable. Our guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable.
Tigre was an interesting town with plenty of shops and food outlets. The riverside was very pretty.
The catamaran river trip was 1.5 hours long and gave us the opportunity to see the different areas of the delta.

The tour was as advertised. The tour guide made the tour very interesting with her knowledge of the area, We were able to see a great about duirng this excursion and the boat ride was relaxing and very interesting. The entire group enjoyed this excursion.

The tour in theory is great, the guide was great.
They were however 40 minutes late on collection - no apology
Also there were 3 collections, however on return, they chose 3 random locations in the city to drop you, not your hotel ?
What is the point of that
