After being picked up at your hotel in the center of Ushuaia, where you will take an exciting ride on the last 4.5 miles. The park has dramatic scenery, with waterfalls, forests, mountains and glaciers. The Senda Costera (Coastal Path), connecting Ensenada Bay to Lapataia Bay on Lago Roca, is a popular hiking trail within the park. Forests of Antarctic beech, lenga beech and coihue in the lower elevations of the park are home to many animal species. This is a great way to see the park. The train ride is really great and we had a nice walk in the park and learned about the trees and flowers in that region.

As the owner of a tour company, I was embarrassed to be a part of this cattle car tour. You have 2 pitiful stops, boring guides, and silly little walks. You can take a taxi for 1/3 of the cost and do the exact same things. The park has so much more to offer than what this rip-off tour shows you. These companies are primarily taking advantage of people ready to launch out to Antarctica with something to fill their time. It is better to walk Ushuaia than to engage in this fluff.

This was well worth the time and the best way to go is with a tour guide.
The train was fun and later we got to go hike in the park and visit other areas.
