Booked this tour whilst at home, was very cautious of network coverage etc whilst travelling. So booked the tour and had all the necessary details including the 30 minute window of when to be in the lobby to await collection. We waited, and waited but no one turned up. Returned to our room well after the collection time only to then receive an email stating collection was going to be much earlier than advised at the time of booking because we were the first pick up. Also received an SMS stating the driver had waited outside and we hadn't turned up - they didn't even enter the hotel to ask at the desk (we were waiting in our room until it was time to go to the lobby). To say the response to my enquiry IE would they transfer our booking to another day was responded to quite bluntly!

Gary was phenomenal and gave us the true history behind New Orleans. The 3 hours went fast but the trip was worth it. I would give the bus a poor rating because the air wasn’t very good on the back of the bus and the seats require some TLC but because of Gary, I’m giving 5 stars anyway.

Joseph was an awesome guide, very knowledgeable and funny. He spoke almost non stop. The stop at the French Cafe was delightful specially the Doughnuts, we bought extras for later. This would be one of the best City tours on our USA Trip. Recommended if you do nothing else. Thank you Joseph we thoughly enjoyed you Tour.

Great Tour. Lots of History. Joseph was a Great Tour Guide. Very knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans. He was Professional, Kind and very Patient. Really overall nice Guy. Will definitely try again. Anyone visiting New Orleans should take a tour.

It was a good introduction to the city and its history. Our guide was a local and had a good understanding of New Orleans. Never saw Bourbon St, thou.

Excellent tour with Joseph as our driver/guide. He was so knowledgeable and informative. I definitely would recommend this. Also very good price.

Gary is a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to for 3 hrs!! He customized it a little based on our likes as well. Included 2 refreshment stops, restroom break. Great recommendations as well. Would highly recommend!

Joseph, our guide and driver, was excellent in getting us around New Orleans and giving us the history and layout of the city. The small group and comfort of the minibus added to our trip.
