1. Lisbon
Meet your guide in central Hotel Fénix ( Praça Marquês de Pombal 8 ) Lisbon and hop into an air-conditioned minivan for your guided day trip
2. Obidos
Start your journey toward the town of Óbidos, where we will start with a guided tour accompanied by our expert local guide. Completely surrounded by ancient walls and preserving all its medieval charm, Óbidos is one of the most famous and visited places in Portugal, a must-see in the surroundings of Lisbon. The narrow cobbled streets that can be seen in Óbidos will immediately transport you to a medieval atmosphere. These streets are home to perfectly preserved old houses, historic buildings, important monuments and, dominating the historic center in the highest part of the village, the Castle of Óbidos, declared one of the 7 wonders of Portugal.
3. Nazare
Continue the trip heading to possibly the most famous fishing town in Portugal, Nazaré, where we will visit the Forte de Sao Miguel. This site has become world-famous for the giant wave that hits its coast every winter and attracts lots of surfers from all over the world.
4. Forte de Sao Miguel
Walk through O Sitio, where the famous streets present a collection of religious buildings and are a hugely popular site for pilgrims from all around the globe. Hike your way up to the summit, where you'll find medieval fortifications, 17th-century churches, and modern shrines. Wander the courtyards and plazas surrounded by ornate structures, basilicas and statues.
5. Porto
Continue the trip heading to Oporto, the last stop of the day.
6. Torre dos Clerigos
First you will have 1h to have a typical portuguese lunch on your own to recover some energy.
7. Igreja do Carmo
start. A vibrant 2h walking tour, where you will admire the stunning Old Town on the picturesque Douro River, complete with six bridges, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Igreja do Carmo, Estação São Bento, Igreja São Francisco and Ponte Don Luis.
8. Lisbon
At the end of your tour, you will return to the center of Lisbon and your guide will recommend things to do during the rest of your stay.

A nice day trip. It was a lot of driving, which we expected. If you are looking for a Porto experience only, I wouldn’t recommend this trip. You’d be better off taking the high speed train and getting a guided tour when you arrive. You’d have time to explore a bit of Porto on your own before catching the train back. We enjoyed the other stops. It was a nice way to break up the trip there. Obidos was neat experience getting to walk on the village wall (for free). Nazare would be better during big wave season (I’m told that’s November and March) but the cliff heights were still staggering.

Wonderful way to see different cities in Portugal on a tight schedule. Our guide was wonderful, leaving time to explain things to you but also to have your own adventure time. All 3 cities were very unique and a good combination to see many things. Definitely wish to have more time in all the cities due to their uniqueness. Lots of fun shops and good things to buy

João was amazing! He provided so much information and history to us and was very personable. I enjoyed chatting with him in between tours and learning more about the areas we were in. He knew all the right places to go and was very helpful. I would do this again.

Very nice trip with Ricardo Dias. Highly recommend his tours. He kept us entertained and informed, yet let us rest when we needed it. He even gave us the best Fado I heard in Portugal during our time here. His recommendations for eating were great. Great tour!
