Wonderful experience, I always wanted to go there and my expectations were met if not exceeded, I think the most beautiful spa I have done so far.

Very good, the transfer and skip-the-line to the spa was convenient, punctual and friendly. We arrived at the spa and went in straight away, despite the confusion of the weekend.

Quick visit with transfer, before the return flight.
The minibus left from a central point in the city of Bucharest and accompanied us to the entrance of the spa. We only stayed for two hours, but I must say that they were enough to relax in the waters of the large swimming pool with sliding doors towards the external pools. If you want you can drink a cocktail which is marked on the bracelet and then pay when you return it..Everything very well organised.Beautiful experience!

A bit of miscommunication to begin with as we were not given an exact time of where we would be picked up just a location, so we decided to not risk being missed and got an Uber to the spa. We didn’t realise the tour guide had our tickets but once we got into contact with him he was very apologetic and friendly. Dropped us off very close to our hotel. Lovely mini bud and friendly driver. The spa itself is amazing and I would recommend to anyone! Some of the staff inside are rather rude and unfriendly but the spa and facilities are lovely and great value for money! Would recommend.

Although the venue is beautiful and there is lots to do, our experience was ruined by a number of very rude and disrespectful staff, particularly the ones in the Palm and in black uniforms. The rudeness left a sour feeling which ruined the overall experience. There is no need to talk to anybody in that manner, I recommend training for customer service.
There are too many silly rules that are not explained before you pay or arrive. Having to buy the flip flops is a con, the footwear we had was more than suitable and actually less slippery. We didn’t even wear footwear after the initial entrance into the palm.
The cleaners work hard to keep the place very clean and one lifeguard in particular was very obliging. Thank you, I wish I knew your name as you stood out!

The service by our operator stelian was excellent . Outstanding . All must use him only . His English was great and we took us on time and dropped us back perfect . Also the Therme is a must to do in Bucharest
