The food was great, and José made us feel really comfortable during the whole experience. He was funny and not afraid to answer any questions. 10/10 would do it again with José.

Jose was a great host and the restaurants were amazing and so good. The culture of the Mexican cuisine was felt and tasted at each place and everyone was so beautiful and nice.

I would definitely recommend this taco tour. Jaime the driver and Oso were extremely nice and accommodated my group and I very well. The tacos were all delicious. Please go hungry so you fully enjoy the tacos. We were stuffed by the 2nd stop nonetheless enjoyed each taco!

We were given a pick-up time at our hotel and told to be at the hotel entrance 15 minutes early. About 25 minutes before the pick-up time, the hotel staff called our room to let us know that our tour was waiting for us. We scrambled to get ready and rush downstairs. It was nice that they were not late, but 25 minutes early is a bit too early.
The tour was supposed to be in English, but as both my wife and I spoke Spanish we indicated that we were comfortable with having the tour in Spanish, so we cannot comment on the English skills of the tour guide. My wife and I were the only people on the tour, and they had a driver and the main tour guide. We had a large van all to ourselves.
The main tour guide talked non-stop and was doing his best to never have a quiet moment. He was, perhaps, a bit intrusively attentive and enthusiastic (but maybe that was because we were the only ones on the tour and he was trying very hard to keep us happy).
Because we had a lot of experience with Mexican food, as we have lived in Mexico, I would not characterize the food as anything unusual for us. For someone not acclimated to Mexican food, the tour may seem like it is a novel food experience. It was good Mexican street food. We went to three or four places, all in close proximity to each other in the downtown area. At each place we would get a small item of food (a tasting taco or something similar). Afterward, they took us to a small outdoor nightly fair area to walk around the stalls and vendors.
It was a pleasant evening. For someone unaccumstomed to Mexican culture and food, it would be a great, novel experience.

Osvaldo and Hugo made sure my wife and I had a safe and fun trip across four different local street taco restaurants in Cancun. Hugo was knowledgeable about the restaurants and made recommendations on what to order and what’s best to order from each restaurant. Fish tacos were amazing and chorizo tacos were also really good. Other taco places were worth the trip. Make sure to come hungry because you will be bursting by the end of the trip.

Our tour guide was Osvaldo and our driver was Hugo. Honestly, the BEST taco tour. This was my first time trying this and osvaldo and Hugo were very knowledgeable. I appreciated that it was just my friend and I on the tour with the guides. Made it more personable and welcoming. The tacos were really good and fresh. Osvaldo tended to our dietary restrictions and had different options for us to substitute. We were also able to make tortillas at one of the restaurants!! If y’all gonna do a taco tour, do this one!

Oswaldo and driver Ricardo were great, super friendly with great personalities.
I recommend this food tour if you are looking to eat real authentic Mexican food. You get a bang for your buck and of course like the other reviews mention make sure you go hungry!!

Sadly the street food consisted of 4 types of tacos, I’m certain there is much more to street food that that. Portions were good and flavourful, soft drink options were varied to. The most enjoyable was our third venue where we had a beef/goat broth and a filled taco to dip in to it. I wouldn’t recommend this as it was too repetitive.
