Without wanting to spoil the guided experience, this was so good it got my partner into scotch. We had Ally (Allie?) guide us, and she was fantastic and a lot of fun in the moments outside of the scripted sections. The tasting was ace, and a good instance of the gold package being better value than the silver - we were on the silver and so missed out on tasting and discussion of 3-4 more whiskies (which, given we flew and couldn't buy anything from the unbelievably well-stocked bottle shop, was a pity).
Highly recommended even if you don't like whisky, but if you do it's a must-go.

We went on the silver tour. Our guide, Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about whisky. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

What a fantastic educational 4D experience! Our guide, Adam, was funny and very knowledgeable! We learned how scotch whiskey is made in a fun, family-centered manner! Not to worry, soda was given to those under drinking age!

Fantastic experience. We booked the platinum tour with taster meal and had the best time. The teaching sessions were fun and Johnny was really knowledgeable and entertaining. So good to learn so the history behind whisky making and we tasted a great range of whiskeys. The taster menu at the end was absolutely delicious and we all had a really great night.

So much fun! Took my boyfriend for a Platinum tour for his birthday and it was wonderful, Fraiser was amazing! I’m not a whisky fan but I enjoyed the tour and everything i learnt. Definitely would recommend, even if you’re not a huge whisky fan, if you go with someone who is its still lovely. Thank you again to our guide Fraiser.

This is a brilliant tour. I don’t like whiskey at all but wanted to learn how it was made. I wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away by this tour. They’ve invested a lot in the sound & vision aspect to help the learning. Some parts are really immersive. Seeing the vault with the all the old bottles was amazing, the tour guide was really enthusiastic also. 10/10 worth the money

Our tour guide Lotti was absolutely brilliant. So informative knowledgeable about the whisky, kept you interested the whole way through the tour. The additional whisky tasting on our gold tour was fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour

My best friend and I took this tour because it looked interesting and our coworker loves whisky. Our guide, Zach, was so good at his job. He was very interactive with everyone in the group, he know all the facts and everything, and he was very good at answering all questions that were asked. Now we aren’t drinkers so the tasting was rough for us.
