We had a great experience on our tour. We had a female guide in the morning, whose name we cannot remember, and she was lovely and very informative. Extremely professional. After that, Alan took over and was also very knowledgeable, funny, kind, and informative. We enjoyed our tours very much and highly recommend to other travelers.

What a great tour, learning about how the Christians viewed burial while adhering to the laws of Rome, which did not allow burial within the city limits. Amazing that they could carve out the lava rock with primitive tools.

I'm so glad I did this tour, incredible experience and nice to do something different from the main attractions of Rome.
The guide, Heather was fabulous. Incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her field. She was a history graduate and it really lifts the experience with so many extra facts & stories. Extra points for her being a Northern Brit living in Rome!
Amazing to learn about the monks & the catacombs themselves were not what I was expecting at all, having previously only seen examples in Alexandria & UK.

Heather and Pablo (the bus driver) were absolutely amazing. Heather had so much knowledge and insight and made it so much fun to learn and tour at the same time. This was more like a 3 1/2 hour tour and I would do it again in a heartbeat. One of my favorites tours while visiting Rome. A must do, you won’t regret it at all. So cool. Thx Heather

The tour was operated very well. The guide was nice. However, the sites and topic were just not interesting. There are so many things to do and see in Rome, we left feeling like this was a miss.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was lively, friendly and interesting. We had enough time to take in each part of the tour. The catacombs were particularly incredible to take in. As we were visiting just before Christmas the priest at the church had his personal collection of nativity scenes on display. It was very sweet and perhaps my favorite part of the tour.
