Mooloolaba Canal Cruise has been operating for over 30 years, and a recent refurbishment has added a modern luxe feel to a much-loved piece of Mooloolaba history.
On departure we cruise past the Wharf complex and Marina towards Mooloolah Island which boasts some of Mooloolaba’s most desirable mansions and award winning homes.
We continue on past Minyama Island where you will hear all about its famous residents before entering the Kawana Canal system and learning the history of the canal development.
We'll also cruise past Steve Irwin's famous vessel Croc One!
It’s then out to the river heads where we turn the boat around to take in the breathtaking views of the coastline from Mooloolaba Beach right up to Noosa Heads, before we head back through the river where we pass the pilot boats, commercial fishing fleet and observe the wild Osprey Eagles’ nest among other things.
There is a fully licensed bar onboard offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks.

Lovely way to spend an hour on a Saturday afternoon through the canal looking at the lovely mansions Captain was friendly and great humour, nice glass of wine and very relaxing. would definitely recommend.

Lovely gentle cruise through the canals of Mooloolaba. Skipper and crew were friendly and welcoming. Had a lovely chat with Raine the crew member, who was attentive and made sure all on board were looked after.
Great commentary on board. I booked the lunch cruise and had a huge lunch and glass of wine at the Dock restaurant which was great value.

The two staff members were very friendly and the compare told us all about the wonderful houses and who owned some of them and other interesting facts about lots of things of interest.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and I will highly recommend this hour tour to my family and friends.

Fab way to spend a Friday arvo. The boat is just lovely. Not too big. Drink menu right next to your seat. Decent prices for a vino and drinks ordered and bought to you. The guides were just so very lovely! Interesting to hear about the owners of the houses. And best of all, great price! Will be doing this again for sure. Just so relaxing!!!

This tour is brilliant, goes around the suburbs in Mooloolaba viewing the houses and local areas. I would recommend this tour, drinks available to purchase onboard. Will go again next time on vacation.

Paul's inimitable commentary style was both humorous and factual and it seemed like he still actually enjoys the work even after doing this same tour 100s of times over the past few years. Offsider Lucy was very welcoming and helpful too.

Highly recommend doing the Mooloolaba Canal Cruise, such a beautiful scenery and very friendly.
Get to see all the nice homes along the water and all the different boats, might even see a croc 😜

We are two adults and a 6 year old and enjoyed the sunset cruise. The crew were welcoming. It was interesting to see the houses and boats around the marina. It was a relaxing and a lovely end to our day.

Booked the 1hour tour with a great crew, Callan and Rain. He gave lots information and few jokes too. And Rain went round and chatted t everyone which was nice.Being from uk I didn’t know any of the celebrities he mentioned except the Irwin family but that’s on me not them. Had lovely weather too. The boat is in great condition, looks freshly painted with carpet too. Be good for a wedding or special occasions. Highly recommend.
