Your host is a certified Sommelier, with speciality on French wines, world whisky and sake. He is well known in Paris and you can't get a better Parisian host to take you through the enjoyment of French wines. From novice to connoisseur, it doesn't matter what your knowledge level is, you will be sure to have a blast!

We basically knew very little regarding wine and paring upon entering Nicolas' class. By the time we left his shop, we felt we had not only taken a full course in wines of the world but also full with contentment in many ways. The wine, cheese and bread were simply delightful. Nicolas was even able to deliver our favorite to our hotel later in the same evening.

We had a fantastic experience with Paris Wine Co., and Nicolas was a blast! He provided a laid back but knowledgable experience to take us on a journey throughout France while staying in Paris. Fresh cheeses and baguette with pairings of wines gave us a tasty glimpse into the various regions of France. He made it fun and tailored it to our understanding. He really cares about making it a good experience for you. If we return to Paris, we will do it again knowing we will learn more and have a blast tasting more wines and cheeses he selects! Thanks for making it the highlight of our trip!

Nico is extremely wise about his wines and is very fun to talk to. Delicious cheese and amazing wine! We have been to a few wine tastings around the world and this one was the best by far! We learned so much and have a completely new taste palet for wine! ? We highly recommend! ?

Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who loves wine or has an interest in it. However, my partner never liked wine or alcohol and she really enjoyed the experience as well. He is very knowledgeable and helps all levels understand wine and the processes.

After an unforgettable evening with Nicolas on The Midnight In Paris On Wheels tour, we scheduled the two hour wine tasting experience for the following day. We really hit the jackpot as we ended up having a private session! Having just spent 9 days in the Bordeaux region, we had learned so much about French wine and were very excited to learn more. During our two hour session, we tasted the most amazing wines from many different appellations, learning about the unique characteristics of each one. Nicolas answered all of our questions and anticipated many others. While we only touched the surface, we left feeling much more comfortable with exploring and enjoying French wines. I highly recommend this experience, no matter what your “wine knowledge” is. You will not be disappointed.

We have done many wine tastings, but this one by Nicolas was the best we’ve ever done - equal parts culture and education with six very different wines paired with fabulous cheeses and bread in an adorable wine shop. We highly recommend and look forward to another visit on our next trip to Paris!

We were a group of 4 traveling in Paris and thought this activity looked great, it far exceeded our expectations! We learned so much about french wines, with our knowlegable host. He was engaging with a great sense of humor and it was paced really well. The wine was excellent supplemented with cheese and bread. I would, hands down suggest this to anyone with an interest in growing their wine knowledge!
