We purchased the 2 day London Pass and, through careful planning and meticulous checking of the website terms and inclusions list, were able to squeeze about $100 each of additional value out of the pass (though we are very sore and tired after our two 20,000+ step days!). It was very convenient to have the app available to scan, it’s a very well integrated system for tourist attractions in London. I would highly recommend this to budget conscious travellers who don’t mind a bit of planning to make the most of this product.

We bought the London Pass to avoid having to get individual tickets for everything. While it did include a lot of things, there are attractions listed which the pass doesn't actually get you in. Specifically the Churchill War rooms. This meant we spent time walking and in lines during our limited vacation because of this. Do Not Buy

I got a 3-day London Pass for a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 Kids) and it was totally worth it - for the 3 days, we saved £300.

Before I decided it if was worth it for our family, I compiled a spreadsheet of the places we would definitely want to visit and the admission prices and worked out the savings from there. The added bonus of the Pass is that you don't have to book (bar a few places, such as Kensington Palace) - which meant you didn't have to travel with time constraints - which, particularly with kids, can be stressful. It was also super easy to use. I downloaded the App and just scanned the QR code for entry.

The inclusion of the HOHO buses and Uber Boat meant that I had travel covered on 2 days already - which was fantastic.

For anyone travelling to London, I would highly recommended considering the Pass, but would recommend you work out the places you want to go to first to make sure it will be beneficial for you.

We purchased four of the 5 Day passes for our visit to London and it was worth every penny. We went with an itinerary in mind that included lots of attractions for each day, some that we had to prebook (that process was very smooth also...booking was easy and tours were very good, in fact, better than we expected as part of the pass). The pass was so easy to activate and so easy to use. We did not encounter any issues at all and used the pass several times every day. Many times, we were able to access the "quick entry" lines and using the pass never slowed us down. In addition to all of our prebooked items and other planned activities we were also able to squeeze in some spontaneous attractions as well. We were aboard the Thames Uber boat and decided to hop off in Greenwich and stand on the Prime Meridian and then to visit the Cutty Sark, all of which was not on our itinerary. We saved a ton of money using the pass and having it actually encouraged us to see attractions we might have otherwise skipped. I would recommend it for anyone that plans to stay busy while visiting the amazing city of London! One of the pass tours we booked was the Changing of the Guards and that tour was MAGINFICENT and we were so close to the Guards that we could have (we didn't, of course) reached out and touched them. If you can, watch for Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales. That is when we snagged ours!! Do note, that if you buy that early...we didn't travel until late August/early September), like we did...there may very well be some attractions deleted or added to what your pass covers. Unfortunately, by the time we used the pass, the Shard was no longer offered as an option with the pass, but even without that we found it to be a GREAT savings.

I would recommend buying a London Pass. It comes in handy. We didn't use it as much as we could have...too many people at the locations we wanted to visit. Overall, good for the money.

The hop on hop off bus was horrible! Big bus tours was the company. Busses estimated every 10 to 20 min. Problem is they skip or adjust routes without notifying anyone. Stops would not state they are closed, the app would say a bus should be there soon. Customer service which is via chat is not aware off these closures either. Good luck!!!!

Easy to use. Lots of options. Saved heaps of money and didn’t need to worry about the cost of entertainment because it was all inclusive.

I was initially concerned because we couldn’t pre book some of the activities using the London pass whilst the general public could. I was also put off initially by the restriction to only visit Windsor castle in the afternoon. I needn’t have worried because we got into everything we wanted to do and it was super easy to use without any queues anywhere. We prebooked whatever we needed to and for the rest, we just showed up and showed them our London pass QR codes on the app and they handed us tickets and let us in.

The best thing we did was the London bicycle tour. It was great fun, really informative and entertaining - we had Nanee as our guide.

We also enjoyed Hampton Court Palace. The hop on/ hop off buses were better than in Rome. We found Kensington palace to be different from our expectations - it had a great exposition on fashion over the ages, which we enjoyed, but we thought our visit would be more about the palace itself. The tower bridge was good too - the kids especially liked the glass floor, although I didn’t want to go on it.

Wouldn't get the London pass again. I had a 6 day pass and needed to really push each day to get value from the pass. The app doesn't have a feature to let you know how much credit is left, you need to email the company. I did this and got no response. I doubt I used the full credit. The attractions are not able to advise what is charged via the pass either. Given that you can now book a day and time on-line to the majority of attractions, the London pass is redundant. A number of attractions do not allow pre-booking with the London Pass, need to go in person to book. A time waster!

I could not download the pdf of my London pass and had to use paper copies.
The guide at the Tower of London said she would never book a London pass using Viator as they frequently have trouble with them.
This is so disappointing and frustrating.
I tried downloading the pdf again and got an error message. It also said my pass had expired!
I bought a 5 day pass and have used it 2 days and am not sure if it will work tomorrow. Not good.
