Experience the original Royal English Tea with traditional sandwiches, cakes & scones in the 18th Century Tea Room by the Palace.
First, we stroll around Kensington Gardens & learn of its long history. We will see the beautiful gardens Albert created for his wife Queen Victoria & take in the spectacular views as we approach the Palace where Prince Harry and William grew up. After viewing Diana's statue, we will then enjoy the full splendour of High Tea and give you personal insights into our royal family and the fascinating history of our national drink and the ceremony of afternoon tea.
. All Food and Beverage Service includes Service Charge.
. The tour itself does not include any gratuities and are entirely at your discretion
. Alcohol is not included. A drinks menu is available when you visit for a
supplementary cost.
. The Palace Tea Room can be closed at short notice. In these rare cases, we arrange for High Tea in a prestigious alternative venue.

This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Doug, our guide, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took us on a lovely walk through Kensington Gardens, pointing out sites and grounding them in historical context, before leading us back to the Palace, where he explained, both, its history and its residents. The tea itself was very nice and set in a beautiful, peaceful location with attentive staff. Doug also made a point of sitting with us briefly to answer any questions and to make sure we were taken care of. A great experience and well worth it.

Doug was kind enough to wait for me, my wife and daughter, who were stuck in traffic. He was very knowledgeable, nice and fun. We spent 2 hours walking around the beautiful gardens and close to the palace and then we had tea and biscuits which were great. Overall we had an amazing day and we highly recommend this tour and Doug as a tour guide!

This was a very disappointing experience. The guide was excellent but the Royal Tea was anything but…felt like you were sitting in a gymnasium! Decor was plastic tables & chairs! Cheap fake flowers & arbor ! The service was horrible..we had to wave down a server for 2nd cup of tea & box for treats to go. They were attentive only when wanting to close out our bill & close promptly at 4pm due to security with the Palace. Do not recommend. There are other options for tea.

The high tea was delicious, but the tour portion is a bit long. Simon was the guide and he was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour was just a little long and we wanted to get to the tea.
