Without a doubt the worst tour I've ever been on. We abandoned ship after 30 minutes. the group was too large, the tour guide was using a microphone that had a poor sound quality and he repeatedly turned his back to the crowd.

Antonio was an amazing guide. He is so knowledgeable about Florence! I especially liked the night time setting, it helped me feel comfortable inFlorence.

Fun enough. If you have nothing to do, go. If you have something else to do, do that. If you go, please consider tipping your guide. The company doesn't pay the guides and claims it's too expensive to due to the cut that Viator takes.

Worst tour ever. The group was too large, the tour guide kept turning away from the group so we couldn't hear him. The handheld microphone was scratchy. He spent more time on history of the buildings. Bottom line after 30 or so minutes we dropped out of the tour. I should have received a refund. It was terrible.
