We did the 90 minute tour of chocolate guided by Lucy. It was interesting, informative and involved trying quite a bit of chocolate as well as making our own chocolate bar. I'd highly recommend giving it a try.

One of the most enjoyable tours we took during our Scotland visit. Educational, interesting, and fun - loved the opportunity to make out own chocolate. Highly recommended - one of the few tours I would want to do again.

We had a very entertaining 90 minutes learning all about chocolate. Bianca, our expert, had a genuine passion for the subject bringing her humour and enthusiasm to detail the history, geography and subtle taste aspects.
Making our very own bar of chocolate was an awesome experience and so well organised.
All in all, this is a great tour to do whilst in Edinburgh.

The Chocolatarium Chocolate Tour Experience in Edinburgh is a must do. It was well organised, interactive, and fun. Our guide Sandy walked us through the whole process from the history of chocolate, how it's harvested, and how to make it. The best part was making our own chocolate with different ingredients. While it set, we were able to try different types of chocolate. Afterwards we got our own chocolate packages, and we were able to purchase some of the ones we tried in the tasting room. To top it all off, the chocolates we made were delicious!

Wanted to do something different than just sight seeing on my trip and this was #1 recommended activity on trip advisor. It’s about 1.5 hour activity and starts promptly. Lucy was fantastic in sharing the sort of cocoa and different regions its grown and varieties. Throughout the session, you get to taste various forms of chocolate and the most fun part is making your own. Several molds available with any toppings you would like to add and you take home finished product. At the end you also get to taste 4-5 varieties of small chocolate bites from a large selection they have. Store carries some unique flavors that you can buy at the end. Overall fun city and worth the time and experience.

This was a fabulous chocolate tour experience! We’ve been on a couple of Swiss chocolate factory tours and this beats those. Being able to create your own take home chocolate was so much fun and Lucy was an amazing guide. This tour stated with a delicious hot chocolate tasting and ended with sampling some chocolates of your choice. The chocolatarium is a must do Edinburgh experience.
