I’m reviewing this ticket provider’s service, not the tower itself.
It went pretty smoothly, queues not nearly as bad as some here are saying. It’s pretty pricey though, 100% markup from official tickets with no actual value add from the base product, so I can’t say I support this business model.
So if you can get official tickets cheaper then obviously go for that instead. Overall feels like a bit of a rip off from people desperate to get tickets - and tickets would be in greater supply if not for these kinds of scalping services.

I’m so glad we booked these tickets in advance because the lines to purchase tickets were extremely long. What a great time saver! The tour itself was nice and we enjoyed it. I do want to note that we had originally booked the tour that goes up to the 148th floor, but it was cancelled the night before by the tour operator, Orient Tours, without any explanation or effort to resolve it. They almost ruined our whole trip. Stay clear of Orient Tours!!!

Great views from the 125th floor and a good one-time experience. However, the queue to get to the top and then back to the bottom was outrageous. For a 1 hour stay at the observatory on the 124 / 125 floor, we had to queue for 3.5 hours. We got in the queue at 1 pm, exited Burj Khalifa at 4: 45 pm.
If you are travelling with little people and the elderly, definitely would recommend to book the fast track sky lounge tickets. They are doubly expensive but well worth it.

A good view but a lot of queues to get up to the top. I had to wait 2 hours before we went up. But when your at the top you can see along way.

Good day and I’m that guy that typically doesn’t write these, but because this was a God awful experience, I’d like to. Our appointment for 2 was set same day for 2200. We arrived to get in line by 2130 and didn’t get to the top until 2300. The lines were long, moved slow and not well managed by the staff. Additionally, the waiting areas were as if the ac had been powered down. There were a lot of people just cutting line, VIP being brought through by the dozens to skip the line (understandably so since they paid), being rude, farting old ladies and I almost saw two fights between folks waaay past their prime and if you have KIDS and want to subject them to torture, bring them along. Especially during the late evening appointments. This may not have been so bad had it not happen to be the last thing for the day. Highly recommend doing this first thing in the am. Ultimately the view was great, got some good pictures but if I could’ve gotten a refund, I’d cut bait and walk away once that line turned into the never ending story.

Very long waiting lines even though the ticket is prepaid. You spend more time standing in line than actually taking in the views. Not worth the price.
