Our group of 27 was so well taken care of on this excursion. We had several young kids and we all felt safe and had an absolute blast.

The tour was nice . I underestimated the hiking part but overall it was a nice tour. I was nervous about the slippery rocks but our guide Vinny made sure we were all safe

The tour guide was amazing and he took some great pictures for us. The waterslides and jumping off the rocks were so much fun for me and my kids. Luquillo beach was beautiful.

We had a great tour and group to spend the day with. We traveled to the rainforest, swam, and went down the water slide. Afterward, we went to the beach area with tons of restaurants to choose from. A fun day was had by all.

Unique experience! The rain forest was beautiful and worth taking the trip to see. Our tour guide, Vincent was super cool and informative throughout. Finishing up the day at the beach with some shopping, drinks, and food was perfect!

Our guide Vincent made sure we had a good time and kept us safe! Great experience and adventure! The scenery was beautiful and peaceful until another guide arrived with a boom box playing loud music! Not a good vibe for a rain forest trip. But you can’t fix Stupid. Our guide was very respectful of nature and educated us on the rain forest and much about Puerto Rico!

This operator canceled the tour, then asked if I could make a different day. I said no, and then they restarted it only to CANCEL again 3 hours before the tour was supposed to start. By this time all the other tours for the day were leaving and I burned a day I had set aside for visiting El Yunque.
They gave the excuse that the weather was bad, but it's blue skies!! Very annoying and definitely disrupted plans. I do not trust them and you should think very carefully about booking through them. If you do, make back up plans.....and check/double check that they are actually going to operate the tour as expected.
Very annoyed.....

This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, but I've been wanting to go to El Yunque for years. I'm so glad I booked the tour, and Vincent was the tour guide. Vincent made sure to send updates regarding the tour and what was to be expected well before I even arrived in San Juan, which I really appreciated. The pick up and drop off location was very convenient as I was staying in Old San Juan. The overall tour was wonderful, and so much fun, and Vincent's energy and personality was the best! The rainforest was absolutely beautiful, and the waterfalls spectacular. It was cool meeting others on the tour as well from around the world, and everyone was friendly and fun to be around. On our stop in Luquillo, we had endless restaurants to choose from, and of course that beautiful beach to play in! What more could you possibly ask for? Thanks Vincent for being so friendly, fun, and helpful; especially with the band-aid lol.👍 I highly recommend booking with Vincent if you're planning a trip to El Yunque. Remember what happens in the rainforest, "stays in the rainforest". Lol.. 🤣
