David made today a winner. He is extremely personable. We left feeling like we had made a new friend. His knowledge and banter was wonderful. I would recommend this to any one to see what St Thomas is all about.

Harmonie told us to think of her as a cousin she was a great tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Told us lots of fun facts & stories of growing up on the island. We went to a great spot for lunch “Brooks Bar” delicious & large portions!! So glad we gained a new family member!!

It was a raining day in St. Thomas and the beaches didn't sound inviting. Our guide Raymond took us a great tour around the island. It was a perfect tour with the family.

The tour was excellent! Loved that we moved at our own pace. Harmonie was a wonderful guide- friendly, knowledgeable and proud of her island. She shared lots of fun local tips. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

David was not only informative but such fun. He took us all over and showed us amazing places on the island. We ate at a local place that had terrific food. He was do full of energy and our 5 teenage grandchildren really enjoyed him as well. We had 10 0f us so had a private van which was perfect. Highly recommend him.

Michael or your guide and drive was great. As a retired school teacher he was engaging and informative. Who ever left the review that said mo history, definitely didn't have michael. He was great.

Let me preface this review by saying I don't know which person was telling the truth. We booked a tour for 6 for 1:45pm but the morning of the tour I send David an email to add one more person assuming it wouldn't be an issue since our tour would accommodate 1-7. I didn't hear back from him before we arrived. A prior email told us where to go and the name of our guide and her phone number. We arrived early, so I called her and she arrived 20 minutes later only to tell us she could only take 6 people. We squeezed the 7th person in the 2nd row of the car on the floor. Nestra, the driver, was using her own personal vehicle which was a Suburban. We piled in and she drove to a lookout. She didn't offer to take any of our photos. We ended up taking each others. We then drove to Mountaintop where she told us we had 20 minutes. No explanation or information. We got out of the car and she left. During our time there, I emailed David to let him know that the 3 of us in the 3rd row were squished, couldn't see out the windows as they were behind our heads and couldn't hear her because she was only speaking to the passenger. David emailed me back and stated that he instructed her to switch out the vehicle for one to accommodate all of us. When Nestra returned to pick us up, I politely told her what David had told me about the other vehicle. She said that she didn't receive any information from him about that and proceeded to show me her texts but from a distance. I showed her the email and she said she felt that I was attacking her. We were like sardines in that car and the website states that they have air conditioned buses. We left there and she started driving down to another stop where she said that she would call David. She spoke to him then handed the phone to me. He wasn't even in St Thomas. He informed me that the 1-7 tour was with an SUV or van. That was not stated on the website. He offered us to continue or to give a full refund and have Nestra drop us at the beach or in town and a free tour by him personally next time we visit. I told him that I would discuss it with my family and let her know. She spoke to him after that. We decided to continue because it was getting late. I let Nestra know as we got back in the car. She started driving and let us know about Blackbeard's Castle as we passed it. I wondered to myself why didn't we stop but didn't say anything as there was certainly tension between her and myself. She then asked if we wanted to get lunch so we said yes. She continued driving through what seemed like random streets and such so I asked her where we were going. She said "What did David tell you?" I thought she meant about the tour so I said that we didn't discuss it and were happy with the itinerary on the website. I then read the itinerary and she interrupted me a few times to tell me that we had passed some places and others were on the other side of the island. She had decided that she was not continuing the tour and was dropping us off at the port but neglected to tell us that. I then received a text from David saying that he issued me a refund. I texted David to say we wanted to continue the tour. His response was "ok". We eventually arrived at the port and I saw that I had a voicemail. It was PayPal requesting that I return the refund per David's instructions. When I texted him about it, he said that he didn't know she was dropping us off. WTH!!! Then after she left, I was told by my sister-in-law, who was in the passenger seat, that Nestra is a hairdresser and does this on the side as a sub-contractor. We wasted our day and only got to see the view from Mountaintop. Horrible communication and customer service.

The driver looked confused most of the time, trying to think about where to take us. It was not an organized tour at all. He only thought we wanted to shop by the dock. No history or culture was included. The van was not the “nice” black “David’s Fun Tours” van, but an old white one with the air conditioning barely working on a hot day. Do yourself a favor and find another tour company as it was a total waste of time and money.
