1. Prague
Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Prague in the morning. From that point, our mission is to give you everything you need to enjoy the day trip (10 - 12 hrs) to the fullest. During the drive to the Northern Bohemia in our comfortable air-conditioned minivan with WIFI (2 hrs), we will provide you with knowledge about the National Park, Czech country, and information about the trip (moderate 8km hike).

Admire the most spectacular wonders that Mother Nature created all in one place. You are about to experience a full-day trip, that should be on the bucket list of every nature lover. We´ll take you in a small group of people to the place that has been certified as a ‘European Destination of Excellence’ by the European Commission because of its exceptional beauty. You will be guided to the very best spots, experience the local cuisine, enjoy walks and moderate hikes in the most preserved part of the National Park, and take dozens of pictures while exploring our natural heritage.

We will take a walk to the most popular natural attraction in Bohemian Switzerland National Park - Pravcicka Gate, Europe’s largest sandstone arch. Filmmakers used it to create the magical world of Narnia in their movies. Mysterious, hidden deep in the woods, the impressive symbol of the National Park stands 21 meters tall, leaving all the spectators in admiration. Amazing experience and stunning views!

Delicious lunch in the middle of the National Park We take you to our surprising and stunning restaurant that is popular for its best local beer and traditional Czech cuisine. We will treat you with personal VIP seating, great local Czech beer, and a delicious A la carte lunch (main course with 9 options and drink of your choice). The food here is delicious. All vegetarian and vegan friends out there, we got you covered too with some delicious veggie delights.
6. Czech - Saxon Switzerland
The most romantic part of our trip will take place in the gorges of Kamenice River Canyon in the most preserved part of the National Park. You will take a walk beneath rock ledges, several tunnels, and across narrow footbridges. So deep in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland, that some parts are only accessible on a small river boat. The cruise between the narrow sandstone walls is one of the most serene experiences and our favorite spot in the National Park.
7. Parc National de la Suisse Saxonne
The Bastei Bridge and Neurathen offer the most beautiful views to the Elbe canyon, the deepest sandstone canyon in the whole Europe, surrounded by wild German nature are unique only to this area.
8. Bastei Bridge
The last point of interest is Bastei in the Saxon part of the National Park (Germany). The Bastei rock formation has plenty viewpoints over the Elbe canyon on the right bank of the river Elbe. You can walk across the famous sandstone bridge that connects Bastei and explore ruins of old Neurathen rock castle. We will deliver you back to your hotel with your camera full of beautiful photos and one more story to tell.
9. Prague
We will deliver you back to your accommodation in Prague around 7 pm with your camera full of beautiful photos, great memories with new friends and one more Bohemia Adventure story to tell.

Raphael used all his coaching skills to get me to the top. He is also really knowledgeable on his subjects. A really enjoyable day. I am so glad to have made it. Yes it is not for the faint hearted the climb.

The scenery was quite good. At the time of my visit, it had not recovered from the wood fire 1.5 years earlier .... and so a significant part of the forests was destroyed i.e. do not expect the scene to be like those on the official photos. If it hadn't been the fire, the scenery would have been more stunning.
It is written in the tour description there is a part which involves crusing a river, but it was missing in our tour - perhaps it was due to the high water levels recently?
Our guide Sam was friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for his hot tea at the top of the hiking trail where it was quite cold and windy. He also made good recommendations for Czech restaurants in town.
The hike was not difficult for average adults but the slopes and stairs could be a bit challenging for the elderly. It was definitely good exercise in the winter months.
The lunch was lovely too. There were a variety of choices and you could have a taste of Czech food in a small nice restaurant after the morning hike.
Our tour consisted of 7 guests. The coach was slightly crowded for 8 people (with Sam as the safe and reliable driver) but, that aside, the trip was a memorable one.

Sam, our tour guide was very nice and entertaining. But really, the rest of this tour left us disappointed. There is no boat tour in the winter, a detail we did not see indicated anywhere on the information provided in the listing or the emails. This “easy hike” (first booking option) is not easy, in the slightest. It’s mentioned as moderate in other places, but even that should be emphasized as a completely uphill hike. They also do not take you to the top of the trails, so you actually do end up wasting your time and energy walking through uninteresting terrain (we walked about 20 mins each way from the van to the start of the trail). Also, if you do decide to take this tour, make sure you have a list of what you’re supposed to get included. We learned after that we had to ask for several amenities such as the hiking sticks, and of course by the time we thought of them, we were too far from the van to get them.

This tour was a perfect Christmas gift to myself! Not only were the views other-worldly spectacular, but Sam provided great information throughout the day and made it really fun! Not only was Sam knowledgeable, but another guide/associate Vlad was nearby and the two worked together to share conditions and provide extra care for our group. A+ all-around for service, itinerary and lunch! I would book again and highly recommend this tour and company. Thank you, Sam!

We booked a day trip to Bohemian Switzerland and Saxon National Park with Bohemian Adventures, Mišu was our tour guide. The trip experience and services were excellent! Highly recommend!

Mišu takes great photos! He showed us the best photos points and helped us take very amazing photos! He is patient and takes good care of his guests! Mišu Provided lunch option and took orders in advance so we arrived to the lunch restaurant we didn’t need to wait for food. They also prepared coins for tourists who don’t carry small coins on them when they need to use the restrooms as it’s a full service trip! Small details like this make us really appreciate their service and thoughtfulness.

Lunch was traditional Czech cuisine. We ordered pork schnitzel and goulash dumplings, both were very nice! We really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend anyone who’s considering booking a day trip with them.

Ondrej was an amazing guide on our day trip into the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and Bastei Gate. The weather was not ideal when we went, but the day was amazing. Ondrej had a ton of historical knowledge and did a fabulous job connecting with the different groups on our tour. He was quick to give up his gloves when ours got wet and cold on the hike, and was always happy to help us get the best pictures at all the different viewing points.

It was a good strong hike all uphill and then all downhill. So have good knees Andre was our guide and he was excellent in knowledge. The lunch we got was hearty and needed cause it snowed and rained on us
