Jim & Sally were amazing!! It truly exceeded our expectations on every level!!! It was so entertaining, energetic and informative. The food was amazing as well. Our family would highly recommend this as it was one of the best things we did on our two week trip to Thailand.

I had a fantastic morning cooking delicious food. A trip to the market before the class was really informative. Jim was brilliant at explaining everything to do with the cooking and giving tips. They were able to accommodate my vegetarianism with no problems. It was also really good fun, Jim has loads of energy and creates a really good environment. I would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing from start to finish. I wasn't expecting the market tour to start. It really was a great way to begin. Jim was funny and informative making the session thoroughly enjoyable. The food was delicious. what a wonderful way to spend half a day. Thank you for exceeding my high expectations!

This was hugely enjoyable; in a small group. Authentic Thai cooking class, Jim has an amazing sense of humour, and had set up the class in a way where each participant had a role to play, and wasn’t stuck for long at any one stage.
His commonly-uttered phrase “Scoop!” quickly became the punchline of the class, as he requested a vigorous working pace at the cooking stations, and was hilarious to see. The delicious dishes made towards the end of class were a pleasure to taste.
Would highly recommend this class to any who visit Phuket and want to have fun! :)

We were collected from our hotel by Jim, who then led the class through a gorgeous 4 course lunch.
We were encouraged to take photos of ingredients, had our own booklet of recipes and a pen to make notes where ever we needed.
We touched, smelled, tasted all of the things we were cooking with in the demonstration- which was funny as Jim knows how to crack a joke or 10!
We made the curry paste as a group, with one person in charge of chopping one ingredient, then we could pick how much paste we wanted to make the curry to our liking.
Anything we couldn’t finish, we could take back with us to eat later (there was a lot of food!) and we were given extra rice to have as well.
Sally took lots of photos which were then sent through to us of our experience.
Can not recommend highly enough! Thank you Jim and Sally for a wonderful lunch!

Enjoyed learning from Jim! The cooking school is great! The dishes we learnt were authentic. They accommodate all dietary needs, allergies when cooking. I made vegetarian dishes and it was great.

The cooking class was an incredible experience for me and my 4 friends. Jim and Sally had incredibly hospitality during the class both joking around with us and making it a great time as well as taking it serious when it was needed. I could not rate this cooking class high enough and we would like to thank Sally and Jim and their staff for helping us create some great food and give us all the tools to do so back home!

This was an amazing experience. Jim & Sally are lovely hosts and the class is really well organised. I like that we learnt to cook the curry paste from scratch and were able to take home the recipes. It was a truly wonderful cooking class.

This class is absolutely fabulous, Jim made the market tour informative and fun, the cookery class goes at a great pace and we learnt so much about Thai food. The dishes we made were all delicious, I can't wait to try some now I'm home and once I have sourced the ingredients. Always remembering to Scooop... scooooop!!
