My wife and I are veteran travelers through 73 countries and countless guided tours. I was sincerely struck by this tour which is a well-designed symphony balancing a horrific episode of WW II — The Terezin Concentration Camp followed by an immersive tour of the Bohemian Switzerland mountains and countryside. While these sights can generally stand on their own, this particular tour was substantially enhanced by the empathetic and articulate leadership of our guide —Peter. Peter was born & raised in this area and his knowledge of and passion for the countryside is sincere. There are many lengthy tours from Prague focussed on either the Bohemian Alps or the historic Terezin Camp. This was the only one I could find that effectively covered both in one tour day. Peter, the guide, was a big unexpected bonus! It was a wonderful and informative day overall. The level of effort needed is low to moderate though I am sure Peter will tailor to the group needs. Additionally, Peter is generous with break stops for coffees and pastries as well an especially good Czech lunch. I highly recommend this tour without reservation

Fantastic day out with very diverse experiences from the grim history to breathtaking views. Petr is very knowledgeable on a lot of subjects and very friendly. At no time he rushed us, but let us take in everything at our own pace. All food included was of excellent quality.

The tour at Terezin was very interesting and the sights in Bohemian Switzerland breathtaking.
All the food provided on the tour were of excellent quality.

My family and I had the best time with our tour guide, Petr! We felt incredibly safe and in good hands the entire day spent. The tours were amazing and very detailed. We also got to experience local cafes and restaurants by Petr which was really cool and very delicious! Highly highly recommend this tour and Petr to be your guide, he is very informative, easy going and so much fun to be around! Thank you for an amazing day, we learned so much and the views will always be something we remember!

The stories in Terezin are incredible. The background information and stories in the camp make the first stop worthwhile.

This was absolutely our favorite day trip out of Prague! Petr was fantastic offering something for everyone. Why do just Terazin when you can see so much more on his tour. He treated us at a cafe with coffee and a delectable sweet and later in the day at a traditional Czech restaurant in the countryside. We enjoyed all the food on the trip, but today’s was the BEST.

This was a lovely tour put together well and Peter was fun, informative, and kept the pace very well. All the stops were well thought out with beautiful scenery. The food was wonderful and filling and I just cannot say enough about this tour. Would recommend for anyone coming to Prague.

Pete was an exceptional guide with a solid understanding of the history associated with both sites and genuinely wanted to spend time with us. He was also so attentive to the "little" details from ensuring everyone's comfort in the vehicle to offering them a selection of local beverages during transit. I was especially appreciative of the time spent at Terezin both in the small fortress and in the ghetto and the personal insights Pete offered about Nazi occupation. Finally, while you will not actually visit Switzerland during this tour, you will certainly leave with an understanding about why the region is know as Bohemia Switzerland and the beautiful landscapes it offers.
