The guide of our tour (Dante) did not provide a lot of information about Teotihuacan. He showed us only the basics. When we asked questions, in most of the cases he answered in a couple of words and told us to go to the Anthropology Museum for details. We just rushed during the whole tour and in particular in front of the main pyramid. All my great expectatuons about the site were frustrated despite it being very beautiful. The lunch was also not very good and expensive.

it was a small group with a very good english speaking guide who knew so much and introduced us to many people and information. its really excellent value for the price. lunch is seperate but it was a very good restaurant where everybody will find sth. dont forget the tips!

The tour is detailed and bilingual if there is a diverse group of tourists. They went above and beyond what the description of the tour says. They were kind enough to accommodate my departure time and wait until I arrived after being stuck in Mexico City traffic. There were stops along the way, detailed guided tour, and time alone to explore on your own. Both Exequiel and Ursula were kind and accommodating. Very positive experience. Be aware that this tour is deialed and takes 7-9 hours port-to-port.

An absolutely fantastic expereince with the best guide! Our guide, Sergio, went above and beyond all day to make sure we had a great experience. The tour was much more detailed and informative than I expected. It really brought Teotihuacan to life for me. Our driver was also great and even returned an item I had left in the van.

Another great tour with this company. This time Carlos was our guide and he did a great job. The Teotihuacan archaeological site and Basilica were incredible. By far, our favorite tour in Mexico.

The time spent at Teotihuacan was fantastic and Juan, our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive in the information shared with us about what we were seeing and experiencing. He was also extremely diligent in ensuring we were given the same explanations as our fellow Spanish speaking tourista. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was verging on unbearable; after having spent a morning walking around hot and dusty ruins, a more peaceful lunch would have been appreciated. The time allocated for this was also a little too long…felt like a deliberate push to go shopping, which would be fine if it was the only place, but there had been a very long stop prior to getting to the ruins.
