I very rarely give such negative reviews but when it's needed it's needed!!
Having booked a tapas + flamenco tour in Triana, when the guide arrives we discover that the tour takes place in Santa Cruz... and the flamenco show (which was supposed to be at the end of the tour) has already started... so we enter while the show is underway.
The guide Joanna (who still worked very hard) hadn't had much information from Naturanda and reaching Triana at that point took a long time.
The Tapas tour was then done with three places practically a few tens of meters from each other without therefore a tour with the history and culture of the neighborhood which necessarily must be part of the tour (otherwise what am I going to do with a tapas guide …!!??)
Joanna understood our complaints and that of a couple of Australians who were part of the tour and after the last venue she was really nice to add a "night" tour of Santa Cruz. But what a disorganization Naturanda!!!
I would add that for the morning, through the Civitatis application I had also booked a bike tour a week earlier which had been managed by Naturanda itself.
Total disorganization there too. The tour was supposed to be at 11 in Italian but the afternoon before, just as we were getting on the plane, a WhatsApp message arrived saying that the tour would be at 10 from another departure point. Not bad except that the next day at 10 we go to the starting point and the bike rental company appointed by Naturanda (...but how many steps... Civitatis/Naturanda/local rental) tells us that Naturanda had not told him anything about the Italian tour and he only had two tours English and Dutch. He could have organized it in Italian only for the afternoon. After a few phone calls, however, an Italian guide (Juan/Giovanni) materialized and offered to take us around. Giovanni was VERY well prepared and friendly so in the end we managed to make it.
Moral: Naturanda is to be avoided at all costs and whatever may respond to this review, honestly do not consider it, they have only made the impression of "ripping off tourists"

After an impressive flamenco show, we went on a tapas tour with Yohanna. A great tour through authentic bars with very tasty tapas and vino. We had a lot of fun in our international (US/ES/GER) girls group and. Thank you very much for the lovely evening Yohanna.

Yolanda is very nice, the tapas are very good and since I drank water, nothing more. The waiters are attentive. Highly recommended.

Our guide Yohanna was amazing! Traditional flamenco followed by local tapas gems we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Yohanna was super friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to spend the evening with. We really felt we had an authentic slice of Seville, which when you’re on a short break is a memorable treat. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Yohanna and Naturanda!

My family enjoyed an evening out for flamenco & tapas in Seville with our guide Christina Osuna! Christina was very knowledgeable of the area we walked through, flamenco & the restaurant we dined in, giving us a deeper appreciation of Seville, her culture & history. A fun evening!

I just did the Tapas in Triana. The rest of the group I think went to the Flamingo. The guide had contacted me the day before to check that I was vegetarian. Vege options were limited and the rest of the group shared them too. What I had was nice but not nearly enough. By contrast the meat eaters seemed to be happy with what they had. Only one place for food and one drink. Then the guide took us to another place but there was only drink no food. I was very disappointed. I don’t know how much it cost as it was booked through an agency but even for the meat eaters I would say it was a rip-off. I am comparing to a tapas tour in Madrid which was fabulous and even though I am vegetarian I had plenty to eat and the wine choices were excellent.

We had a private tour with Manuel as our guide. From the moment we met him he said out to make the night perfect. He advised us where to sit to watch flamenco for the best views. He then took us to out-of-the-way tapas bars and did a little wine education on top of ordering the perfect combination of food. I had the distinct feeling if we wanted to go to a third place he would’ve been game. Highly, highly recommend this tour.
