Very terrible experience. Unprofessional and unorganized people. They canceled on us twice. Our first flight was canceled while we’re on our way there, due to backlog.
Then we postponed three days after. We arrive at the location and no one was there! All flights were canceled due to wind but no one informed us!! Two cancellations without informing us early is very unprofessional especially that we’re tourists and we have planned schedules.

Don't think twice about! This was a great experience. The video and pics from the activity are well worth it. I was nervous at first but the pilot and assistants were informative and helpful. The organizer with me regularly and kept me updated with weather changes. She even followed up once I was done. Definitely rates this experience 10/10

The flight was only 10minutes, yet when I was booking it was written 1hr. I am so disappointed in this. However it was a nice short ride/ flight and the pilots were so amazing.

Really good and excellent photos which get transferred right after touchdown. But flight itself lasted only for 5 minutes which was a bit disappointing.
