We didn’t get to do the whole tour because we had short time and our flight was delayed. Daphne did a great job organizing everything and the tour was really nice. We toured a temple, ate in the market, and walked around the Taipei 101 building. Would recommend for someone with more time to spare since the ride to the airport is an hour.

I had the better part of a day in Taiwan on a layover and picked this tour not knowing what to expect. Winnie was assigned to me by City Unscripted and proposed visiting 3 landmarks to explain the history of Buddhism in Taiwan and the political picture that changed after Chiang Kai-shek became the leader of Taiwan while Mao took power in China. We chatted all day and had a wonderful little lunch. Several rides on the Metro to get from one place to the next but Winnie was there all day from the time of pick up at the airport until she left me at Taipei Main Station with directions for my ride back to the airport. The day was tailored to what I liked to discover in a new place. No shopping or time wasted in boutiques although I’m guessing they could accommodate for that if it was a priority for someone… I wish I would have had more time!

It was our fist time and first day in Taiwan, and we got a best experience with a beautiful, kind and extremely nice guide Daphne.everything was easy - meeting point, transportation around and so on. We were surprised how much we could see during the tour. She also gave us recommendations about dining, shopping etc.
Thank you, Daphne, we immediately got best impression of Taiwanese people and Taipei!

Kenny was an amazing guide always telling relevant objective information about the places we visited and taking wonderful pictures. We visited: Chiang-Kai Shek Memorial, Longshun Temple, North Gate and Dihua Street. It was a great memorable experience and I learned a lot about Taiwan, thank you!

I did a layover tour with Daphne and it was incredible! City Unscripted had a nice questionnaire to help personalize your trip, and Daphne helped me get exactly what I wanted out of the trip - a look into the city, customs, and history as best as I could in a single day. She even set me up for success when her time with me ended by guiding me to one last location and arranging pick-up for me at a later time at my request. What a fantastic personal experience - would absolutely do again!

I had a last minute trip to Taipei, and needed some help exploring. I booked this tour last minute and was contacted right away to help build my itinerary for the next day. I met with Daphne at Liberty Square and, and she showed me the Chiang Kai Shek memorial where we witnessed the changing of the guards which was a very cool sight to see! We then made our way to various shopping centers and night markets. The food looked very delicious, it was also amazing to see the hustle and bustle of the night market streets. Daphne is extremely knowledgeable about the intricate history of Taipei and I learned a lot during this tour. I highly recommend if you're ever in Taipei!

We had a tour last week with Daphne and it was fantastic! We started at the temple and then went into the night street market. She made wonderful recommendations for street food and was so patient to find our daughters something sweet to eat! We have already recommended her to many friends and hope to one day visit again!

Daphne was Amazing to say the least. She had us on perfect time for each of the venue's. We arrived at Chiang Kai-Shek and saw the statue and then the doors started to close as we were about to leave. So that was perfect. Then we saw the guards marching down to bring the flag down for the evening all while the sun was setting. We saw the Taoist Temple and the Ocean Goddess Mazu. Learned about the details on the prayer and each of the items used and how it is done. She was very knowledgeable. We then did my favorite thing in tasting all the local food at the street market. She told us of the must have's and we tried a few of them till we got full. The entire place was beautiful and clean. We then went to the shopping district and saw how vast the place really is. My wife and girls were completely amazed with the entire place.
I would HIGHLY recommend Requesting Daphne. Could not have been any better with the time we had.
She schedule the perfect pickup with a private car, the car and driver were very clean and the drive was kind. He was safe and was on time both for the pickup and drop off.
Amazing time for a layover. We would have not been able to see so much without Daphne.

Daphne our guide did a fantastic job introducing us to Taoism and the Songshan Ciyou Temple we visited. We then walked over to discover many of the incredibly delicious delights of the Raohe Street Night Market! A must-see for all visitors! Arrive hungry! My 3 teenagers and I loved it. Taipei is a very safe and clean city, people are kind and helpful.
