Unfortunately we won’t be going to the spa. Despite paying over £200 the confirmation came through for a different date to that we booked. We notified immediately. Several emails later, not willing to schedule when we intended to book, not willing to refund. It’s their policy — apparently. Exercise extreme caution when booking, the website is clunky to say the least and once you click confirm they’ve got your cash. Based on their version of customer service, I would be very wary of using this establishment.

Szechenyi baths are super relaxing and satisfying. A nice part is, that you enter without a line, and get your private changing area.

35 pound for a secure cabin, all day access and a poolside locker, all locked by the wristband you're provided. Clean with no issues. Highly recommend

Had a great day there. Do get there early to get a sun bed. The thermal bath are great very well organised with lockers and food on site. Did not notice any smell but the I door pools are not great.

Had a confirmed confirmation number, but could not download tickets. First receptionist was rude beyond description, she was more worried about how all her silver necklaces looked on her. Finally, a young lady understood our situation and helped us to get access to the spa (after 1 1/2 hour delay in the afternoon).

Disappointing and run down. The outdoor pool was warm and that was fine, but the indoor pools appeared dirty and it smelt. It was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it. If you want to do a spa I'd try one of the others.

Fascinating building and excellent spa pools. Worth taking flip flops and towel. We invested in a cabin and well worth the money as it transported one back in time to a more elegant time.
The surrounding area and parkland were also worth a walk around.

My wife and I had a great time here. The warmth of the water is really therapeutic. The place was clean. Thoroughly recommend an unforgettable experience.

Amazing but could not take my camera into spa as not water proof so could not show off the place. There were so many spas dotted around the place so big and excellent weather as hot day; very lucky with weather we were.
Definitely worth the experience if you haven't done it before.
