The driver came early which was great. Driver called to let me know he was there early and not to worry. Got to our drop off point in front of the terminal. He was friendly and very professional. The car was spacious for the four of us and clean.

Driver SHOWED up! For us, that's huge. The company was VERY responsive to viator's "contact tour operator" messages through this system.
We used this service to get from Sydney hotel in CBD to cruise port. Since our ship could've berth in one of two locations, I checked Sydney Port Authority website for our cruise ship berth. The tour operator should also have this information, but I like to confirm with driver at pick-up.
The day before pick-up, the company sends message/email regarding pick-up time and states that pick-up could be a plus/minus ten minute window.
It went smoothly. The driver was nice and respectful.
We would use this company again.

On time and efficient. However it was a group transfer in a mini van. We were confirmed for a private transfer in a sedan!!! This is not okay.

We booked this transfer for 4 adults and luggage to Sydney overseas cruise terminal. I received confirmation by email the day before with times and instructions the driver arrived spot on time and was very helpful with the cases he was also polite and informative. We would definitely recommend Viator and would not hesitate to use them again

We have used Viator on many trips prior to this one. Great disappointment. The driver was 20 minutes late, he arrived in a small dirty smelly Uber car with an unprofessional home made Uber sticker on the back window. I asked the driver if he was an Uber driver because there may have been a mistake. He said that he drove for both Viator and Uber. We spent a lot of money and prepaid prior to our trip. We could have ordered an Uber ourselves for a lot less. We are very disappointed as we considered ourselves to be regular customers. No more Viator
