This tour was so interesting and Sheila was an awesome guide. She gave us loads of information about the building and was really knowledgeable when answering questions. It was exciting to go inside the building and see the performance spaces, and getting an understanding of the architecture and how the place was built was great. A brilliant tour to do whilst in Sydney!

Our tour guide was fabulous. The Sydney Opera House was more than I thought it would be. I wish that we had time to see a show, concert or play during our stay in Sydney.

Easy to book and redeem. I just booked it half an hour before my available time-slot started. Redemption is easy. Go to the ticket counter and show the staff the booking reference number to get a ticket.

Exchanging the voucher for tickets went very smoothly. Viator pricing was less than buying direct. There are a lot more stairs throughout the tour, than I expected based on the description. I do not think they included those stairs inside the 2 venues we saw. 3 of us have trouble walking and standing, so we probably should have looked to see if an accessible tour was offered. Toward the end we asked if lifts were available, and the guide did have us use those. The Opera house is well worth seeing.

Loved our tour! Would recommend the tour of the Opera House to anyone. The hidden gems of knowledge, seeing the different theatres and understanding the history of the house was all shared on the tour and is something we wouldn’t have known prior. The tour was made better by our guide Maeve who was super friendly, informative, engaging and kept the tour super interactive. Great experience and a must do if visiting the landmark.

The iconic opera house looks beautiful in person.
Pros:
1. A treat to eyes
2. The local tour operates multiple times a day. We missed our 12pm unfortunately, however the team kindly accommodated us in 12.30pm.
3. The precise explanation of the history was so great to hear
4. The tour guide was so patient and answered all our questions.
5. Of course, didn't expect a drink and food with the tour :p
6. Weather on our day of visit was perfect
7. The view of harbour bridge during night hours was mesmerizing
Cons:
1. Could think of anything, just a heads-up to people with ambulatory issues, there are couple of steps (apo 300).
Overall loved the experience
