The ship was Amazing. Well kept and well maintained. The view was phenomenal especially with the sunset. All these would not have been fantastic if not for the professional and personalized service of Prasib. We felt well taken care of because of his hospitality, congeniality, and happy disposition. Keeep it up!

the views were great, food was alright, and drinks were on point.
prasib was our server and he was a great host throughout the trip always asking us how he can help and attending to our needs!

The harbor cruise was good for about the first hour. The dinner was pretty standard but good. After the first hour the boat just kept going in circles. I definitely think this could be a shorter cruise or maybe the driver should get a broader route.

The views of the Sydney Opera House did not disappoint; however, the quality of the food and the service was poor. They served beef cheek instead of steak. We had to send it back. The chicken didn't have any flavor. The waitress was not attentive.
Finding the correct Wharf was also difficult. No where on our confirmation did it tell us which wharf our boat was at. When we arrived, there were so many cruise ships and Wharfs, we were very confused as to where we should go. We had just flown into Sydney from New Zealand and it was not clear where to go. No one was available to answer a phone call or reply to a text message. Luckily, it wasn't the jam packed boat with tons of people drunk on it.

The harbour views and the ships environment the only disappointment was the timing of the meals we failed to get our desert meal due to the ship berthing at Circular Quay.
Would advise prospective clients to board at Darling Harbour you will Get more time on the cruise.
