They combined three tours on same bus, we had to make two extra stops to pick up and drop off people. The tour guide was not clear on some of instructions such as where the toilet was after a long three hours drive.
At top mountain was completely wiped out due to weather can’t see anything or go to outside to platform at plateau.
On the was back, the train stop, we had wait for 15 mins in snow for local train to arrive.
Basically you spent all day on bus and train.
Make sure you check weather, if not a perfect sunny day, do not waste your time and money to go.

Long tour but worth it. Great guide and everything was perfectly timed. Top of Europe was incredible (although it was overcast). Guide was great on the bus narration and on all our trains and adventures.

Excellent tour with fantastic guides and bus driver. The views are spectacular and you get a taste of Lucerne, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen on your journey. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they allow young children on the tour and, unfortunately, the 2 and 3 year olds on the bus were screaming a lot on the long ride back to Zurich which was very challenging after a long day. The tour lasts 12 hours and there isn't much time for meals other than a cafeteria style restaurant at the top of Europe.

Simply spectacular! We were so lucky to have a bright sunny day where it didn't even feel that cold (except in the Ice Palace). The guides were friendly and helpful in leading us gently across a range of transport on this full day out. Our whole group loved our trip to Jungfraujoch.

It was an enjoyable trip! Well planned, clear instructions and informative! However, wished we had more time in Interlaken town. 1 hr is barely enough to explore. Jungfraujoch was awesome! Overall it was a memorable and nice tour!
