We had a fantastic day. The first coach driver was across his local history. The wineries were great - a different feel at each and staff who knew their wines. Lunch was delicious. The cruise back was the highlight - so relaxing, plenty to drink but the best part was the talented singer who entertained us for the last 20 or 30 minutes. She was awesome.

We boarded at Barrack Jetty and were not only treated to spectacular views sailing away from the city, but the hospitality on board was fantastic. First it was coffee/tea/muffins to get us started. That was followed at a leisurely pace by 4 wine tastings and a cheeseboard. After a good 2 hours we reached the winery for lunch. A bus was waiting to take us the short way to the restaurant. After a pre-ordered lunch and complimentary wine we headed out to two more wineries, a brewery and a chocolate shop, all with not only their products but with nibbles at every stop. Our driver Keith was kind and courteous throughout. This is a trip that is a must.

Boat ride on the Swan River was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and enjoyed hosting everyone. The morning tea & coffee was very nice. Enjoyed the wine tasting and Charcuterie board while cruising. Garbin Winery was the better of the two wineries. The mother and son were great hosts and shared a lovely charcuterie board during the tasting. Met some nice people that were on the tour with us.

Enjoyed the cruise, the commentary was quite good but a little more knowledge would have been good. We felt the second winery could have been left off the tour. Overall a good experience,

The entire trip exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the staff were very attentive. The pastries at tea were very fresh.

Pretty disappointed with the trip overall.
The cruise to swan valley was lovely with the exception of there not being enough morning muffins for our group. Perhaps this was down to other guests being overly greedy. Other than this there was plenty of food provided throughout the tour and it was all lovely. The main disappointment was with the actual wineries. Firstly I will say, it was not a ‘small group to ensure a personalised experience’ as advertised. There was easily 30 people at the wine tasting. The lady giving the tasting at the first winery was not particularly friendly and mumbled through a rough description of the wines before everyone rushed through tastings. The second winery was slightly better but again lacked that intimate experience and more detailed descriptions of what you were tasting. It also felt pretty rushed.

This is a wine cruise but it isn’t the wine tasting on the boat that makes it.
Great Skipper and wonderful female staff in Jess and Lauren, who have fantastic voices and got the whole boat singing on the way back.
Sandelford is truly amazing with great wines and a really pleasant lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed our day thanks to everyone involved.
I’d have given a 5 star review if the wine on the boat was good but it was not and therein was a disappointment.

What a great way to spend a day sitting back relaxing, enjoying the views, sampling wines, have cheese and bickies and having a splendid lunch.
Took off from Perth and enjoyed the city skyline and beautiful landscape along the river.
Lunch was at the Homestead Brewery and the meals were huge. After lunch off to Lancaster winery for some more wine tasting and cheese and then to the Margaret River Chocolate factory were you were in chocolate heaven.
Back on board for more drinks and some fantastic singing by Aisha who has a great voice and entertained us as we sailed back to Perth.
Highly recommend for a great days outing
