Learn to surf on this 2-hour group lesson on Oahu. Join a group of students and discover how to ride the waves like some of the Island's most famous celebrities with the help of a certified, professional instructor. We have small student to instructor ratio of 1 instructor for every 3-4 students. Waikiki Surf Lesson starts a 10 minute safety slide show inside our surf shop, followed by heading to the beach and practicing on the sand for another 10 minutes. In our 20 year experience, we know that surfing is muscle memory, so when first timers master their surf stance then they tend to get up on their very first wave.

Ed & Gavin were so helpful!! I loved my experience and would do more lessons if I lived in Hawaii! Everyone that I encountered at the shop was awesome and I even decided to rent a board after my lesson! Best grad gift!

I had a great time! The instructors were all very kind and knowledgeable. There was an older woman in our group, and one of the younger instructors always insisted on carrying her board for her. Very nice people and was a lot of fun as a beginner.

Great lesson! Our instructor was great and man is it a workout!
We were up standing on the board from our first wave. You will be exhausted by the end of the lesson. I only wish that we were able to get a single photo. We chose not to do the photo package because we didn't need that many photos. But just one photo would have been nice.

A great experience for first time or beginner surfers. With great advice from our instructor, we were all able to ride the waves on a quiet part of Waikiki Beach. Great value for money!

Niko was awesome!! I had never surfed, my upper body strength was not so great, but he was so helpful getting me in position for several waves. He was always watching us and offered great guidance. I stood up more than once! Yeah! Definitely recommend this experience!

One of the best experiences! Thank you to Niko our surf guide for making this an amazing lesson. I was very surprised how well I did as a beginner and how at ease Niko made the experience for us all. 100% recommend for any beginner looking for a real Hawaiian experience.

Really good. No mucking about just a quick intro and off you go. Mo was my instructor and he was a good laugh, as well as being very informative and friendly. I was stood up on my first ever attempt and he provided continuous encouragement and guidance.
