We had booked this excursion through Trip Advisor 12 days in advance. We arrived at the designated time and were informed that the surf lesson was sold out. Another lesson time was offered but it didn't work with our travel schedule. The jetboat staff person claimed to have tried to call and email us to let us know, no evidence of either on my phone. The staff person was short with us, cut us off when we tried to ask for an explanation and told us she could not help with a refund as we had booked through Tripadvisor.
We were able to do the jetboat part of the excursion which was fun and our driver, Adzy, was very entertaining. However, we had booked the excursion for the surf lesson mainly. Very disappointed by this experience.

Jet boating with the wife , Amazing cruise out to the free style area , saw how the 1%ers live . Hayden was great ,top ride and insane.We got the pics and GoPro footage , worth every cent, it’s a tough job Hayden but someone has to do it !
Definitely a must do and maybe even a redo . Great Fun

We had Krystal with a k and she was an absolute legend! Made everyone laugh and honestly made t experience 100 times better!! She was a crazy yet safe and so thrilling driver which was incredible and loved every second of it

Went jet boating on the 11th of January with my partner and had a ball! On board with Hamish and he was amazing, could not fault him or the experience we had! Highly highly recommend this activity when visiting Surfers Paradise.

Firstly, a huge shout out and thanks to Uni. We went on his first day of the job he did it like a pro and looked after us very nicely. All the best. I highly recommend this for people who like outdoor activities. I am hoping to see Nui in the near future.
