They send you exactly one message on Tripadvisor a day prior informing you the pickup timing window, which can be easily lost if you are in international roaming with your data turned off. Their provided phone number will route you to an IVR which is only in Thai language, so good luck if you don’t speak Thai. No way to reach the driver or any other person, their expectation is you will actively monitor your tripadvisor messages and be waiting in your hotel lobby during your pickup window. They leave without you if you are two minutes late, which is exactly what happened with us.
Cherry on top, they do not actively monitor their Tripadvisor messages and not respond promptly.

There was no sailing included in the trip, just going with the engine. The boat was old and in bad shape. The guide was not active and the information provided by the guide was not clear.
No towels were provided. No snacka were provided, only dinner and drinks.
I gueas you get what you pay for...

Nice to be on the ocean, got to snorkel off the boat and had included meal on the island. Sunset was beautiful. Was a nice length for a boat trip. Not too long.

Great for a half day experience however was surprised that the catamaran had no sails as advertised, we motored the entire trip. The long blue pontoon walkway from boat to island was very challenging over the rolling waves, not suitable for injured/elderly. Island was quite commercialised, free snorkelling was enjoyable, plenty of colourful fish to see. Boat was returned before sunset due to wet season and storms but still lovely.

This excursion involved 2 catamarans and 50 or so passengers.
The time spent organising the mini bus loads of passengers at the meeting point and then the wharf and actually getting on to the boats was lengthy.
Eventually the catamarans cast off and motored to the Coral Island. Once we got there one of the activities was cancelled due to high currents so we staggered across a floating walkway to the beach and went swimming, sat in shade, drank water until it was time to stagger back across the walkway to board the catamarans.
Then motored back snacking on terrible food. Fishing lines were handed out and many people fished for about half an hour before we motored back to the wharf and then disembarked, all before actual sunset.
Then organised chaos trying to allocate people to buses (not sure what was wrong with the original lists used to allocate people to buses for the pickup in the morning)
Definitely not recommended as an activity.

Highly recommend! The sailing catamaran was remarkable, the staff with high standards, food was great! The island was amazing! I would definitely come back for this! ❤️

4/5 stars because too many people for that boat size. Considering that it was raining and everyone was trying to get in.
Towels were not available even confirmed on the booking.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. They did a great job!

Staff were great. Boat and facilities etc were good too. We booked this for snorkelling but our experience there was quite limited. Sea was a bit rough for first planned stop which we could see and that was understandable. Even on Koh Hey though, the snorkelling area had little waves coming though which wasn’t ideal for snorkelling and water was quite murky with little to see. Certainly nothing like promo vid we saw before booking. A lot of time is wasted getting there and back too. Waiting in hotel reception for 45mins waiting for pick up. Just sitting in office near dock for 30mins waiting to go on boat. A further 25mins sitting in shuttle at end of trip just waiting to depart. Trip back took 1.5-2hrs all up. Lots of traffic to contend with though so limited what they could do about that.

The boat is a bit small and crowded. Almost 30 ppl on a boat and some need to stay at the deck during sailing. The service is quite good though. Nice tour guide and photo taking service (voluntary tips)
