The evening started easily with check in. The shop is right on Alii drive and easy to find. Next we got on the boat and got our initial briefing and then took off for manta village. We got to stop to catch the great sunset. During the ride they have water and juice for free and you can purchase alcoholic drinks for about $6. Then we finally arrived and we floated for about 45 minutes seeing some pretty cool Mantas. The tour guides all were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We hopped in first so we got out first. That allowed us to have an experience by ourselves as we waited to get back on the boat. We had a manta come by and swim with us for a while the last few moments. We then got back on board and they had hot chocolate and tea to warm us up. Highly recommend bringing some warm clothes when you get out for the ride back and ensure to bring cash to tip! Highly recommend with this company!

All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. One crew member was a marine biologist and gave us some great information about the manta rays. It was an experience we will never forget!

Kona Snorkel and Sail was an excellent experience!
First, the catamaran and crew were on top our every need! When I was ready to come back in, they could tell. Very helpful and engaging crew!
Next, the experience was like no other! I wavered back and forth on actually doing this, but when you have a fear, that's exactly what you should do...so I did! You should too! With this tour, it was easy!

We just took the 5:30 sunset sail and manta ray snorkle. It was awesome. The crew was attentive and we saw so many manta rays. It was an amazing experience. The boat was comfortable and we felt safe in the water. I would recommend Kona Style to anyone traveling to Hawaii. Captain Tanner, Brit, Hunter were a great crew!

Great tour, lovely sunset and the crew handled everything. The Manta Rays are amazing and put on quite a show. Everyone was respecting the rays and letting them do their thing. After 45 minutes we were in the boat and heading back to town. Warm drinks and music playing, a wonderful night. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was amazing. The boat was very nice and clean. The crew were attentive and knowledgeable. The captain was fantastic. They set us up to see many, many Manta Rays and told us exactly what to do. It was very comfortable and easy. Could not recommend more highly. Our crew Hunter, Tanner, and Brit (Dora) were great. Captain Dan was the best.

We didnt get to see the sunset due to clouds and a little bit of rain. BUT the Manta Rays at night? Unbelievable!
SO many of them swimming within inches of us!
The crew was fantastic. The boat was nice. Absolutely worth the money!
My only regret was not bringing a case for my phone so that I could take pictures.

This was one of my favorite vacation activities. EVER! The whole experience from the call to schedule, the check in and the crew interactions, were great.The boat ride at sunset was a beautiful way to relax before the incredible experience with the manta rays. I’ll be telling everyone to scheduled this when they visit Kona!

Staff was excellent, boat was clean, large space, and nice equipment! Drinks/snacks provided and of course a bar menu for purchase as well. Staff got us to a very busy manta ray spot before other boat crews on other cruises and got us a very cool once in a lifetime manta ray experience. The Manta Rays were coming within inches of us, spectacular cruise would highly highly recommend
