Very good experience but a difficult communication before hand. We didn’t see the sunrise but it was still beautiful with the golden hour.

We started our day when our company representative came to us and brought us gifts from the company. He was very nice to us and we took some pictures. Makarios was a very friendly friend of ours and you were the driver. He took us to the balloon and we crossed in a boat. The view was very beautiful. We climbed onto the balloon and saw everything from above. It was a wonderful trip and I extend my special thanks. Makarius was amazing to us, even his name was different from the usual Egyptian names

We really had a wonderful Hot Air Balloon Experience. I booked from Viator and Mirna assisted us. She coordinated with us tru whatsapp 3 days prior to the booking date. Everything was smooth, we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended.
