Wonderful experience. The pilot Ramadam was very informative, experienced and professional.

Our guide Abdullah was very polite, helpful and kind.

The driver drived safely and they all were professional.

Pick up from hotel on time. However, once we arrived at the balloon area, we were separated from the group to complete another basket. Turns out it was with another agency. Very short flight. Bad landing. No flight certificate which is normally included.
Then as I wanted information from the second guide, he took my phone to give a 5* without giving me time to react.
Very disappointed with this activity with the sunrise ballooning agency

We booked a flight on 19th, but, due to inappropriate weather, all flights were canceled.
However, we could take a flight the day after, on 20th.
A general organizer came at our hotel (~4am) with a mini-bus. The mini-bus went to several hotels to collect other participants. It then brought us to the Nile, that we crossed with a boat and with other participants. Once we reached the West bank, a mini-bus and a guide (Abdallah) welcomed us. We had to wait several minutes as the authorization (to flight?) needs to be delivered. Once we got it, the mini-bus brought us to the flight site of the hot air balloons.
There (around 5:15am), Abdallah lead us well until we entered the basket. Our captain, Abdo, gave us some security measures regarding the landing.
We did not wait too much time before entering the basket.
You can let your stuff on the mini-bus if you want.

The organization was good.
Our guide, Abdallah, was very active and made sure that we all have the information at the different steps of the activity.
Our captain, Abdo, was professionnal and friendly at the same time. We felt safe.

I think that we spent between 45 and 60 min in the air.
Note that you will not cross the Valley of the Kings as it may be forbidden I assume. However, you will be able to have a gorgeous view on the Nobles' tumbs, the mountains surrounding the Valley of the Kings and the East bank.

Considering the number of actors to make the flight possible and how smooth the things were, the high price is worth it.

It wad an amazing experience and our guide You're, and Captain Omarmade the trip smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this tour...even if you're afraid of heights like me.

Our driver Alaadly & Yousry our guide were extremely helpful and made waking up at that hour super fun! We had our first day cancelled due to weather but they rebooked us for the next day and made sure we had the best experience. The views are incredible and our captain also pointed out all the landmarks. Would absolutely recommend this experience again!
