Long queues. Lots of pushing for position for views. Cocktails overpriced and cheap tonic used which spoiled a decent gin.

The ballon room is awesome, a very trippy experience that everyone will enjoy, a great interactive fun time.

It was an amazing experience. The story about it was enlightening. Loved the balloon part and the mirrors. The staff was great and helpful. Will come back.

The good stuff: Located in the heart of Manhattan, this is an observatory with a difference. What sets it apart is the experience right at the top. Glass filled experience with sweeping views of the city.
The not so good stuff: Despite going on a weekday, the queues were too long to get in even with a confirmed booking. The scan for photos before going into the elevator is a pain and the darkness before entering elevator may not be everyone's experience.
It is something to do when visiting for the first time and probably is a one time experience.

The sights are something to be seen, go at night, but avoid the weekends. It gets crowded and busy up there! My spouse and I had an amazing time, yet if you're an introvert, prepare your social battery! The line for the "Levitation" experience picture was long and moved just a bit slow, and that's if the people ahead of you are inconsiderate with everyone else's time. The staff there is wonderful, but keep in mind they see hundreds of people, if not thousands daily. The bar wasn't as engaging as I imagined it to be, yet the drinks were creative and delicious. Be ready for a lot of walking and waiting, overall a really great time!

Had a great time and the views were superb at the sunset when the lights are about to turn on.
We met Chris one of the servers at the summit bar who with his knowledge of the city. Let us know where to go and where to avoid. A good helpful solid guy.

Probably the best view to see of NYC. The only place you can see The Empire State Building, Rockefeller and Hudson Yards. If you were only able to do one skyscraper tour do this one! There are a few different viewing levels with a great one way system in place. Amazing infinity experience. With mirrored rooms through out. I have been to NY a lot but the first time I have been here and would definitely go again. Great value for money. Love, love, love!

Very easy to buy the tickets here. No problem to enter the building. Great that you can change the date easily.

A cool experience - I went at 8:30pm in may on a clear day and the view was spectacular. It does take some time to wait in line and go to the top.

The views were great. Having each room a bit different was fun and added and extra element. We definitely chose the right building to go up!
