The SUMMIT is a wonderful way to see New York City. The views are fabulous in all directons: Midtown/Downtown/Statue of Liberty, Roosevelt Island/East River/Queens, Hudson Yards/Hudson River/New Jersey, Uptown/Central Park/Bronx. I loved the experience at reflections. The drinks at Apres and the open terrace were great.

Security personnel (1 woman in particular) overly aggressive and definitely not cognisant that this is a tourist attraction with feet weary customers. Sat down briefly before entering in the wait line and was spoken to in a rude, aggressive and completely disproportionate manner. Disgraceful and shame on you summit for not considering that you have international visitors! Retraining in customer service a must.

System glitch my trip was booked for 4:30 pm but the tickets showed 9 am and we were charged $40 late fee... so not fair.. place is good to visit but over priced

A very unique observation deck where you can view 360 degrees of NYC cities, mirrored rooms and art installations.I enjoyed alot playing with the inflatable balloons,i felt like i am a princess that time hahaha

Oh what a wonderful way to see the skyline of New York. Great place for an innovative experience. The experience will take to the 91st floor to the 93rd. Highly recommended

The reservation was full and there was no good time slot, so we made a reservation for admission from 20:00. After enjoying the overwhelming night view, you can enjoy the TeamLab-like attractions to your heart's content. The night view of the Empire was also good, but this is also recommended.

A very nice place to play. Just like entering the exotic space of the movie Inception, it is full of magical atmosphere, making people linger and forget to leave.

Very nice experience in spite of the rain and grey skies. Coffee at the rooftop. I was there at 9:30 and it was already busy.
