So nice to have hotel pickup and drop-off and Tata was very kind and informative at the market and rice field. Cooking class is meant for extreme beginners in that all the work is done for you except cooking in a pan. I would have enjoyed the final result more if I chopped, mashed, portioned, etc. from scratch. You get to practice a few techniques, then they replace your prep with their own. Everyone eats together in the end and it was good. Lots of oil used so be prepared to small like grease afterwards. Nice to be able to buy a beer to sip on during class.

We had a lot of fun at the cooking class and the food was delicious, fresh and typically Balinese. The driver picked us up at a central meeting point and brought us back again. We didn't lack anything and we received the recipes by email afterwards.

Good recipes and very nice staff and other guests. Recommended to try! Be prepared that some of the food is spicy! But still very worth a try😊

Fantastic day. Authentic and delicious food. Had the morning exploring the market before cooking up a storm. Enjoyed eating the feast we created. Couldn’t recommend enough. Have gone away inspired to cook more and armed with recipes.

This was fun and enjoyable activity packed with value. The guided walk through the food market was very interesting. We had an opportunity to try some exotic fruits and sweets as we saw everything from live chickens to spice vendors. We also had a photo op in front of a local rice field before we went to our cooking class. Everyone got to participate preparing and cooking all the dishes. We sampled each dish as we completed them, then had a grand buffet at the end. The instructor was great and the entire family assisted in making sure everything was perfect. It was a great way to make new friends, too.

Amazing experience. Very well organised. Many dishes cooked, full lunch. Expert guides and cooks. Just the visit at the market was too quick and not really informative. Recommended!

Great experience. Was nice to drive out of city centre. Driver was great and informative. We are a family with 2 teenagers and they also enjoyed it. The food was delicious.

The day was a fun atmosphere with a group of 11 people. It started with a visit to a local market where you could buy some spices that were used in your cooking on the day. Wayan, the cook was great. He explained the dishes well and let us do the majority of the cooking. The food was really nice and was very filling. Leftovers were able to be taken home for dinner. It was a great way to meet some local people, see where and how they live and have some fun. The driver was on time for pick up. Everyone spoke good English. Overall the day out was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend people doing this cooking class.
