This tour takes you to the famous Stingray City sandbar, where the wild stingrays swim around you in shallow water. The crew will show you how to safely feed these stingrays if you like, and the on-board photographer will take memorable photos of you and your family and friends, available for purchase. The snorkeling stop will either be at the Barrier Reef or the Coral Gardens. Because of differences in ship time zones, some of these tours may not be available during daylight saving time in the United States.

2) they take your pic with them no need for waterproof camera
3) they offer life jackets for non swimmers so need need to hold back
4) all went smoothly very professional
5) the Captain and Jimmy,Kevin and Fred will take good care of you
6) most reasonably priced and best value IMO
7) snorkeling was great with lots of fish, stingray, barracuda (harmless) and sea turtle.

We always choose Captain Marvin when we visit Cayman. We've always had a super fun crew that are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They are reasonably priced and kid friendly. Group sizes are appropriate, and everyone has a seat on the boat. We never feel pressured or rushed, they are always ready to lend a hand if you need help with something, and I love that they take pictures that you can purchase after your experience. They are the best!

What a fabulous trip. You can read about Stingray City but you have to experience it! Richard, George and Burger were amazing guides and were focused on safety and fun. They made sure that everyone on the tour got the full experience. Our youngest family member was 9 and our oldest was 73, and everyone had fun. We learned a lot about stingrays and the tour doesn’t rush you. There’s plenty of time to experience everything. The snorkel stop was full of fish, conch, coral and a stingray who hung around hoping to be fed. It was a magnificent day! I highly recommend and would use this company again.

Pick up from hotel on time, seeing the stingrays was great. Water depth at the sandbank and waves made it a little tricky for those with small children. Snorkelling at the coral reef was fun, would have liked a little more info on the types of fish we saw. Enjoyed seeing the stingrays swimming with the other fish. Overall a great trip with helpful crew.

I chose Captain Marvin b/c they came highly recommended from others AND they had a tour option that fit my needs (stringray city plus just one snorkeling stop). They were professional throughout and gave us a great tour. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our family of three had an amazing experience with Captain Marvin’s. We went on the early trip (8:30) to avoid the crowds and get the day going. Del-Ray, Prince, and Cody were our guides; they were professional, safe, knowledgeable, and funny! It was a nice size boat and not crowded. We saw other boats with 40-50 people packed in- there were just 7 passengers plus crew total on our boat. Feeding the rays and snorkeling coral gardens is one of the highlights of our vacation. Highly recommend Captain Marvin’s.

The tour and the tour guides were great. They were funny, engaging and loved seeing how much they love and take care of the Sting Rays. Very knowledgeable!!
