The whole experience was great!!!!! Ellie was our VIP person and she was exceptional!!!! She made everyone feel good and welcomed. I enjoyed the tour of the steamboat engine by the Capt. I can't remember his name but he has 49 years of working experience there. He was very informative. The jazz band was amazing as well!!! That trumpet player was playing his butt off!!!!! The whole band was great!!!!! If we ever get another chance, we will come back and choose the VIP option again.

Was a wonderful time. Jazz band was really good. Service was fantastic. VIP package was worth it, and I am a cheapskate. Tour of the boat was super cool. Just a great time.

Anna hosted our entire evening. Everything from food, drinks, and service was excellent! Captain Steve gave a great boat tour, and he knows everything about a steamship. Lastly, the band was EXCELLENT! The VIP experience was just great. Highpoint of New Orleans!! You won't regret it!

The service (Anna hosted us the entire night) was excellent. Captain Steve gave the boat tour and knows EVERYTHING about a steamship. The food and drinks were great. Lastly the band was EXCELLENT! Go VIP you won't regret it! Memorable evening. Well done!!

The group ambassadors were wonderful and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed and special, and even walked us to the bus stop so we could take a bus back to the hotel. The jazz band was great and we all enjoyed them. It was the food- it was not very good! By the time we ate, which was the last people on the cruise to eat, the food was cool, but even if it had been warm, the taste was not as good as we had at other restaurants in the area. We also had little time to enjoy the cruising part since we were docked while the jazz band played, toured the engine room while we were cruising, and were below deck while we ate.

The band (Dukes of Dixieland) and service was exceptional, Gina was the consummate hostess. The Captain was informative and very charming. The food was very good.
