The entertainment prior to boarding and the entertainment on the cruise too. The staff was very friendly. By travel agent Keisa Shorts was very kind and helpful also.

and I find myself rarely complaining but when you expect a specialty service better effort should be made every day. It seemed some performers were not engaged to dance. When dancers keep looking at the ceiling instead of looking at the crowd you feel the show will lack enthusiasm. And our server was not as receptive either. Perhaps attending this type of show on Friday or Saturday is when they only deliver their best efforts.

Nice evening cruise. Not great but not horrible. Hula show was pretty good. Food was decent. Service was lousy.

Not for me. Couldn’t wait to get off the boat.
Entertainment too loud.
Everyone else seemed to have a good time..

The 2 hour cruise was excellent, long enough to enjoy the views of Honolulu from the water, and to see the sun go down. The sunsets here are amazing! The food was excellent for a buffet, and there was plenty of it. The shows were a bonus, such talented people showing us their traditional dances. Captain Stephen also gave our group a private conversation, he is very interesting. Great value all around, I would recommend to anyone.

What a fun time! We loved the Polynesian entertainment. Very nice relaxing evening. The food was very good, not excellent but good enough. Definitely worth doing.

The Sunset cruise was a beautiful experience. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating. It would be nice if there was the ability to get some more bread if asked and liquid creamer instead of the powder creamer that was given at our package level.
