This was overall a great tour. I would have preferred less time in Doges Palace and more time in St. Marks Basilica. Enjoyed the gondola ride, but the boat guide didn't want to converse with the group and I felt like he was just there "doing his job". The boat ride to Murano and Burano was fine. We toured only one glass manufacturer in Murano. The demonstration was limited, but the time to shop was more than needed and felt somewhat pressured. It seems my questioning nature made the guide/salesman think I was interested in spending a great deal of money.

Our tour guide Filipe is outstanding in his knowledge and energy and enthusiasm. He would explain facts very clearly and very enthusiastically. Clearly he loves job and this enjoyment rubs off to his clients.
In the afternoon, the lady guide is okay. It was the beautiful Burano that made the afternoon memorable.
I rate this tour a 10 bec it is a super comprehensive tour. Highly recommended this if you have only a day to spend in Venice.

Absolutely stunning. The church and Doges palace were amazing and the tour leader was great. Murano and Burano were both historic and magical little islands and the talent was unbelievable. Thanks again Viator!

Philippo is one of the best guide I have met. The St Mark Cathedral and Doge Palace tour was fantastic

This was a really good tour. Our tour guide in the morning was knowledgeable and very accommodating to our entire group. I could not have asked for a better experience for the St. Marks and Doges Palace portion! Murano was a let down. Basically a quick glass blowing experience followed by 20 minutes of awkwardly being shown expensive glass to purchase. If you don't want to purchase any it's a bit of a waste. Burano was beautiful and colorful, wouldn't have minded skipping Murano altogether for more time at Burano. The Gondola Ride is also a let down. You take a trip down one water alley, turn around, and head back to the boat. It's best for anyone wanting to be able to say "I rode a gondola in Venice once" but not a great experience.

Both the morning and afternoon guides were great! But Helana in the morning was unbelievable! Her energy and knowledge was amazing! Best guide we ever had on Viator!!

A group of 10 friends took this tour. It was great and really took us to all the highlights of Venice. Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and very friendly. We felt we had more than enough time in each place although we could have watched the glass blowing in Murano all day! If you’re looking for a tour that gives you the best bang for your buck, this is the one. It will not disappoint. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Very efficient way to see some of Venice’s must-see sites. The gondola ride was more fun than I’d expected—such a unique way to get around and see the city! The tours very helpfully got you through important sites, but were perhaps too short. This tour came in 2 parts with an hour break for lunch and different guides for each half.

It was long excursions but it covers the entire highlights of VENICE.
All out tour guide we’re knowledgeable in all section of the tour
