Josie was a wonderful tour guide! She is extremely knowledgeable about Split and was also very nice! The walking tour and food tour combo evening was splendid. The food was delicious and there was so much food we were all full by the end!!

Our guide, Josipa, was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about Split and it's history that she shared with us during this tour. We stopped at several restaurants and ended with gelato for dessert.

We did this food tour after having done another one in Dubrovnik. Truth be told, a bunch of the food was basically the same. Still, we were glad we did this. Marina was a great guide and the information she shared throughout the evening really added to the experience. The pace was good, there was certainly plenty to eat, and we liked pretty much everything.

Dino was a wonderful, friendly, funny and knowledgeable tour guide. He shared enough history, food and culture to make the tour interesting. I enjoyed learning a little about Croatian history, and happy with the food options he introduced us to. I even went on to order some of the dishes for future meals. Highly recommend this tour with Dino.

The food tour featured mediocre food, and too much talking about the history of Croatia. We had taken a city tour in the morning, and found the food tour data to be repetitive. History of the food would have been good, but not Croatia again.

Dino was very personable, kind, and friendly. He interspersed interesting information about Croatia, food and history. The foods he introduced us to were all very good, and he was free with taking photos. I would recommend this tour.

Josipa was a great guide, teaching us some of the history of Split and happy to answer questions. It was great to try restaurants we may not have found or tried and the wine pairing options were most enjoyable! The food was all traditional, well cooked and presented - a great tour to do at the beginning of your stay to familiarise yourself with the area and the cuisine. I would highly recommend this tour.

Split Food tour was our first-ever food tasting tour. My partner and I had never done anything like this before, but we knew very little about Split and its food so booked this near the start of our trip.
WE WERE SO GLAD WE DID!
The group numbered 12 (which is the max I think) and it felt like an intimate group. We had people from America, Australia, England, France and Vietnam. After the initial awkwardness (brilliantly removed by the amazing Marina), everyone was really nice and chatty and wanted to learn about Split and each other. I thought we were just lucky to have a good group, but I get the impression everyone has a great experience thanks to the guides.
Because of this, I would recommend this tour for anyone; couples, groups of friends, or solo travellers. You will all be chatting very quickly!
The food venues you are taken to are all great; from trendy, upmarket restaurants situated in the ancient Roman stables to local, family-owned businesses that have served traditional Crotion food for 40 years. There is something everyone will enjoy. And as someone who likes their food, I can verify you will NOT be hungry by the end of the tour!
We had Marina as our guide and she did not let us down. Her warmth, energy, humour, and VAST local knowledge kept everyone upbeat and enthusiastic for the entire evening. We learned more about Split and the Dalmatian region in those four hours than we did for the entire week we were there. If you are fortunate enough to have Marina as your guide, rest assured you are in good hands!!

Dino was a great guide, he was really knowledgeable about not only the food but also the history of the area. The food was good, he introduced us to some traditional Croatian cuisine. The walking and history between food stops was nice, and allowed you to relax between meals without feeling rushed.
