The massage was nice, a very good trip indeed . Would deffo come back here again. It was cost effective too for a big package

Was such a horrible experience never to repeat it again. Place was dirty. Staff doesn't speak English, hygiene was pathetic. Was told my treatment will take approximately 3 hours which was a lie as it never exceeded 80 minutes. So disappointed

We enjoy our morning at the Haman, all staff were very friendly. We were lucky to have Sami and Kadeal who gave us our treatment, thank you to all x. Would recommend.

We were rushed around not allowed to stay more than a few minutes in sauna,and the steam room was barely warm , then rushed through to hamman and given a 20 minute soap massage scrub and massage by disinterested staff . The property is in middle of building site. Not comparable to the Amy good ones we have had in other parts of Egypt and in Turkey.

A must when you come to hurghada. Hotel pick up fantastic happy driver & the spa was superb. All staff are really nice & polite i rate this a 5* really enjoyed it. Thank you to the lovely staff for making me feel nice & refreshed ❤
