This was a great way to experience the Duomo. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Just the right amount of detail. We paid extra for the elevator to the roof, which was worth it. The experience on the roof was epic! Fantastic views and an amazing way to see the spectacular architecture high on the Duomo in a way that is simply not possible from the ground. This can’t be missed in Milan.

The Duomo was a beautiful building and the rooftop toor was pretty dramatic. I just found the guided tour was far too detailed to add any benefit, a shorter tour would have been more enjoyable. There were frequent issues with the volume of the hearing devices so we couldn't always hear, however the guide seemed rather irritated when we let her know that there was a problem. Unfortunately, I lost the group and was not able to find the guide as she wasn't holding a visible flag to show here whereabouts.

Our guide was not very friendly and when we complained about not hearing her she was very rude. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

This was a horrible experience. My husband and I booked this trip and arrived at the meeting point listed 30 minutes early as we wanted to make sure we didn't miss anything, but that didn't help. After 30 minutes of waiting and walking around we asked multiple Duomo employees of the pickup location and messaged the tour guide. Finally the tour guide informed us that we missed the first half due to not being at the correct coffee shop (meeting point was not a coffee shop). Now we are being informed we cannot get a refund. Skip this tour and book through the Duomo. My husband and I had a great experience via the Duomo directly!

Carmine was a great tour guide. He was a wealth of information and had so much interesting facts to share about the Duomo. My favorite part was going up to rooftop and admiring the city from above.

Brilliant insight by tour guide Fabrizio , inside & then upto the rooftop , over looking Milan , the visibility up on the roof is amazing, worth seeing if you don’t mind heights !!
