The tour itself was wonderful but the customer care was sadly not so good. My wife had to use a lightweight mobility walker to get around. At some stops on the tour we had to constantly ask for the walker (which was put in the luggage locker of the bus). It seemed to be an afterthought. The previous day on another tour they couldn’t be more helpful, the walker was waiting at the bottom of the bus steps each time we stopped.
At the end of the day, passengers were dropped off at scheduled bus stops. However, as my wife could not walk very far we had to stay on the bus (even though we could see our hotel) as everyone else got off, all the way back to the bus station where they then got out another smaller bus to take just us back to the hotel. The previous day the other tour company bus (same size as this tour’s bus) picked us up from and took us back to the hotel door. Go figure.

Excellent tour- fun and informative. We really enjoyed the day. It’s a long day but packed with lots of sights. Highly recommend.

All day tour of South Coast with Marta and Stefan. It was a great tour and our guide and driver were both excellent. Would highly recommend, it was a long day but so worth it, we saw so many interesting sites.

Went on the South coast Adventure today ,Dylan Kincla was our guide / driver . An amazing day from start to finish . Picked and dropped on time , Dylan throughout the journey kept us informed of what we were seeing , what the day will entail . He was full of knowledge of the history, geographical, natural of Iceland . 100% would recommend Reykjavík Excursions!

Gunnar was an amazing and attentive tour guide. He was able to give the information in different languages so everyone got the information. Plazej was also a great driver and got back quickly and ahead of schedule. The attractions were beautiful and interesting. It was so much fun. Thank you for such a great trip out across the countryside.

Excellent excursion! I only did one during my time in iceland so chose this longer one, and was very happy with my choice! The sights and stops we made, with the waterfalls and beaches, and seeing the horses along the way, were wonderful. Our guide, Bjorni was really a delight and shared such great information with us, and our driver Reynir was also super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

a nice smooth tour. We left BSI Reykjavik bus terminal at 9 o’clock and arrived back at 7:15. We began with a short stop in a small town to get snacks and use the toilets. We continued our road to Skogafoss: lovely big waterfall. The sun was up and we even were able to see two rainbows forming at the left of the waterfall . it was lovely . Then we went to the black sand beach near Vik: Really the sand is black. Pebbles are black. Everything is black. It is the place where they filmed some scenes of Game of Thrones. We continued our road to Vik: a cute little town with a church on the hill. we didn’t have the chance to visit the town. We just had lunch at the mall at the end of the town, They had yummy hamburger. After lunch, we headed to Solheimajokull glacier. We did not hike on the glacier. We just stood near the lake in front of the glacier. Then we went to Seljalandsfoss: another big waterfall with two or three small waterfalls near it. The sound of the water is very calming. They dropped us back at BSI bus terminal. The tour was well organized. We had enough time at each stop to take photos, we didnt feel rushed, neither did we feel tired. I highly recommend it.
A usb port to recharge our phone would have been appreciated, and the noise that the bus AC makes covered the voice of the guide.

We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this tour. Alex was an excellent guide and as everyone was on time at every stop he was able to squeeze in additional sightseeing stops. The waterfalls and landscape were amazing. We took tons of pictures.
