Our guide Runar was excellent! He was very personable and friendly. A proud Icelander with lots of knowledge.
Our driver Peter was very safe. He delivered a nice smooth ride.
This is a very full day. 14 hours.
Well worth every minute. The glaciers, waterfalls and countryside are all breathtaking.
Do yourself a favor and take this tour.

Our tour was ver long but so worth it and we didn’t even get tired at all. We got picked up before 730 and didn’t get back till 1030 but it was all so amazing! It was an unforgettable experience and it was mostly thanks to our outstanding tour guide Runar and our very capable driver Peter. We learned so much from Runar who was a fountain of information. Everything went smoothly from all our stops to all our meals. I would highly recommend this tour company and would use it again given the opportunity. If you read this, Runar and Peter, our deepest gratitude for an unforgettable excursion.

Great tour with a great agency. Everything was perfect: the pick-up, the comfort of the bus, and the expertise of the guide. Although weather conditions did not allow us to reach the glacier lagoon, the contingency plan provided us with the opportunity to explore the South Coast in detail, and, above all, reminded me of why I chose Bus Travel Iceland among the many tour agencies in Iceland. I fully agree with the decision made by our guide, as safety should always come first

BusTravel Island confirms itself as an absolute guarantee for excursions in Iceland. We stayed in August and returned at the end of October and the excursion to Lake Jökulsárlón was absolutely the most beautiful experience! Fantastic Monica, an affable, prepared, witty and engaging person who made our wedding anniversary unforgettable! He didn't miss an opportunity to give the whole group several extras, including the most important, asking Tomak (fantastic driver) to pull over on the way back to watch the Northern Lights! This tour took us to fascinating landscapes, waterfalls, beaches and glaciers on Iceland's south coast. The tour was perfectly organised. The long driving time was made very entertaining and enjoyable by great stops and especially by the competent, friendly and entertaining manner of our tour guide Jóna. A really highly recommendable tour on which you learn a lot of interesting facts about the country and its people! Had a great time and would book again and again! :-)

Be prepared for a long day.
The end is worth the long bus ride.

Both Jokulsarlon and Diamond Beach are absolutely worth a visit! Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the tour. On the five hour long drive to the lagoon, the bus did several stops for food, but no sightseeing stops. Because of that, we had to see Seljalandfoss in darkness on the way back, even though we passed it in daylight in the morning. In addition, our guide, who were not from Iceland, talked in negative terms about the life in Iceland in general and told us how to steal stones from Iceland without getting caught at the airport.
